This is my exact problem (same order too!). I'm ok with delays or whatever but I shouldn't have to call DR to find out about it. Anything else I order online keeps me in the loop the whole time.

I spoke to a rep and someone in the Escalations Dept. They both told me the same thing. Hope they are just stupid but I'm not holding my breath.

I still haven't received my shipping notice for Fisto or Voltron. So I called DR and they said that I hadn't received a notice yet because Fisto is on back order! What????
