I want to cast a Skeletor with Keldor cape in blue plastic to replicate the Holochron look from the MOTU movie.

In the collector market as or right now? Yes. First releases tend to be worth more. As a financial investment however, collecting MOTUC for profit doesn't make much sense. Val's stated this many...
