Toss up between Captain Randor, and Tuvar/Baddhra
Roboto is up there, too.
I'd like to believe that there's actually more excitement for this sub than there was the main 2015 sub!
Just be glad Toyguru went with Nepthu, and not Crackers; just sayin'....
My partner and I got our 5 earlier today.
Mini Sub in 2016? What for? With no vintage characters left after this year, who would they really deem necessary to rush out? They're trying to get several characters out under the Classics banner...
Nah, they'll get the already produced figures out, but not into the main sub.
Maybe we can expect something next year, if it doesn't. Like quarterly releases or special 2-Packs or something.
My room-mate is under the impression they'll show them at SDCC, and we'll likely see them released in '16....which would tie in nicely to not only the 30th anniversary of the classic series, but also...
I still say a Captain Randor head has a good chance of coming with Captain Miro; we'll see how they play this out.
A million times over, YES! Or in regards to the Randor 2-Pack...we could get a Filmation Count Marzo!
Or Miro, with an interchangeable Captain Randor head :)
I thought the minute sellouts were long past.
...out of stock in less than 5 minutes?! I thought this was 2015, not 2010?!
I would've cherry-picked the Minis to kingdom come, cause the selection barely interested me; only a few pieces here and there did....and I wasn't gonna shell out that much for them, NOOOOOOOOOOO WAY.
Just lettin' you folks know....
My roommate and I were talking about the line earlier, and he....doesn't even recommend that they attempt further subs, until of course the movie starts getting...
In no particular order:
Mini Marzo & Oediphus
Tuvar & Baddhra
In fairness, none of the Filmation figures moved that fast on Matty; the only figures that ever seem to move fast upon initial release on Matty are the vintage figures, and that's it.
you know, there could be a possibility that, if Evilseed is in a mini sub, Lodar could be the final slot; just saying.
I love what Pixel Dan is saying about how Classics would have died at retail ages ago.
The thing is...it's not just about an economy that's not as great; the market was a different place back...
I flat-out refuse to add the cloned sword thing to my canon, or the thing about Teela being a clone created by Skeletor. Fisto is her daddy, and that's that.
This line isn't just nostalgia for me; as I've stated elsewhere, I came to a new-found appreciation for the franchise in my late teens/early '20s, so it's a lot more to me than just "I loved this as...
Honestly......I'd rather have those two one-off characters from that one Filmation episode than the Masks of Power demons.
Hopefully we'll get some more surprises out of sub in '15, and then even...
Seriously, Scott? A reference to Master of Disguise? Why?
I meant Brandon, and updated the post accordingly.
He needed the Mayan/Aztec vibe to his head that his original figure had. As of now, he just looks like Mike Tyson on a robot's body. The Classic-ized version just...doesn't work...unless of course...
I'm confused about Angella's wings....I thought Toyguru said they got in trouble with DC for using a Beast Boy accessory with the Sorceress some time ago, and they were told never to do it again as...
His inability to blast apart is not my only issue; zero creativity on the tool that "blasts" him apart, and that headsculpt are my other issues. He looks like Mike Tyson with that headsculpt.
why is everyone so ok and on-board with how Blast Attak was handled, but screamed bloody murder over Rio Blast?
I don't get that.

If it was, what was the point of it?...
what I fail to understand is why a whole new torso piece was made for him underneath his armor if it serves no purpose in regards to what his vintage figure did?
exactly, and that's why I'm very cool on the new figure; the old one had an Incan/Aztec feel to his face. The new one just looks like some tough from the Street Fighter series.
