For the hereos i really liked Snout Spout as a kid for his action feature but my fav would have to be ram-man and then rockon and stondar.
With the stactions there were a few to choose from but i would go for Jitsu, for several reasons, i love the detail and had a nice pose, cool that he came with odiphus but would had rather he came with Stinkor, and was lucky enough to have gotten 2 with ponytails intact.

We will have to look at accomodation i think the F1 was mentioned with im happy with as i wont need anything fancy.

Skype has been mentioned a few times. I have never used it but we could organise an online meet up using Skype and have a geek session
I'm getting some T-Shirts printed for a Rally here in melbourne, the guy I'm using does a pretty good price, I will try get a few mock-up T-shirt designs done in the next couple days and see what everyone thinks. Once the majority is happy with the design, I can send it off for a quote - If we decide to only do a 1 colour print, i.e. White print on Black T, I could just print them myself, but if we have more colours, its prob best to let the pros do it, just cos they have the proper set-up. Alternatively, we could get the fronts printed in multi-colour, then I just Print the backs myself in 1 colour, but we'll see what the prices are like first...
