    ok layaway at Wal-mart is 10 percent of the total after tax. And what you do you have a set amount of time to have the items paid off. Like for instance I put the Seinfeld Giftset on Layaway, it was $84 something after tax so the minumum down payment was $8.40 or something like that so I put $10 down, Layaway is good if you dont have enougfh cash at the moment Like this one is due off on the 15th of December due to Christmas so thats cool I get paid on the 8th

    Now K-Mart is worse with Layaway they ask for a minumum of $8 up to a certain amount and then its 10 percent. and they are stricter where with Wal-Mart you can just pay whenever, K-Mart they give you set dates, every two weeks, with set minimum payments to be made, and if you miss one, on the next payment date you owe double. I do not like layaway at K-mart...ugh.

    Now to get the DVD tomorrow and watch it on my 50" tv, pop some popcorn
