I recently bought C.O.P.S season 2 and I love it. I hope they finish the series though so I can say I have a complete set.

Cropsy, why the devil would you waste money on the bluray Theatrical editions of LOTR? What a waste. The only way to watch those movies is the Extended editions. And as usual, the movie companies simply want to fleece the consumer again.

You prove my point on being a serial buyer. LOL I'll stick with my awesome DVD versions of the extended editions, thanks.

You're so right. I just finished rewatching the entire run of Xena on DVD a few weeks ago and it's still an amazing show. I only wish a movie could've been made.

decided to replace some VHS films with a couple of box sets that were going cheap

The Nightmare On Elm Street Ultimate Collectors Edition
    Scream Trilogy
    Critters The Ultimate Collectors Edition

£15 for all 3 which equals 14 films...not bad imho

I've bought quite a bit since my last post in the thread. Partly because Barnes & Noble currently has a great BBC sale going on (and I was using up Christmas money I hadn't spent yet) and I've been wanting to expand my Doctor Who DVD collection. I was given quite a bit of Doctor Who that was taped off of MPT years ago (late 80s early 90s) -- but it's great seeing the stories restored and in their episodic format.

-Doctor Who: Lost in Time Collection
    -Doctor Who: Spearhead From Space
-Doctor Who: The Ark in Space
    -Doctor Who: The Sontaran Experiment
-Doctor Who: The Robots of Death
-Doctor Who: Resurrection of the Daleks
-Doctor Who: The Tomb of the Cybermen
    -Doctor Who: Carnival of Monsters
    -Doctor Who: Black Orchid
    -Doctor Who: The Aztecs

    -The Last Starfighter 25th Anniversary Edition Blu-Ray & DVD combo pack at Wal-Mart ($15) {I hadn't picked up the DVD before}
-Adventures of Superman Season 1 (was $15 at Wal-Mart)
-Adventures of Superman Season 2 (was $15 at Wal-Mart)

-Wonder Woman: The Complete First Season (on sale for $15 at Best Buy this week)
-Darkwing Duck: Volume One (marked down {clearance?} to $15 at Best Buy)

I think that's most everything I've picked up.
