    Today's purchases include:

    Batman Beyond Season 1
    Justice League Season 1
    South Park Season 7
Ultimate Dragon Ball Z Volume 7
Ultimate DBZ Starter box 2 with Volume 8 and Vegeta figure

I must say, the packaging for Batman Beyond sucks. Could they have picked a worse set up? It's bad enough they couldn't even put the discs in an actual DVD case, or a box a little more similar to the Batman/Superman/Justice League, but the overlapping discs I hate overlapping disc packaging. It's as if someone somewhere thought "How can we make it easier for people to screw up there DVDs without even trying, thusly forcing them to purchase new copies." It could have been worse though. Could have been like the Tremors set, double sided discs in overlapping packaging

Last week, I picked up "The Sopranos: Complete First Season" on DVD, now that the price has dropped. I'd never seen the show, and now I've watched about six episodes. It's good, but its dark.

Firefly: The Complete Series - I have it, but it was a gift for a coworker of mine. She LOVES Serenity after having bought the DVD of it for herself a while back and has been excited to see the series ever since.

Ice Age (Special Edition) - I love this movie. I can't believe it took me this long to get it.

That's the second to the last one I got. It's one of my fav sets, though I wish there was some extras. Reubens commentary or behind the scenes or a documentary....

Picked up Batman Beyond Season 1 on release day. I've only watched the first episode and it brought back memories of how awesome that show was. Wow...I was only in 6th grade when that show came out. I remember my school used to have lunch menus for the month that they would give out with pictures of popular cartoons of the time and Batman Beyond was on the menu when it came out. It was so cool.

I just watched my set last night. I forgot how awesome Mr. Freeze's episode was. Probably one of the very best episodes overall the series had to offer. It had everything, plus I totally loved the way he looked in his suit at the end. Very creepy.
