This is a very interesting story thus far and the art is wonderful. I love the character designs. I'd love to see Dragon Lady in her non-wind form. Great work! I can't wait to read more!

Wow, this is a really great story you guys have! I especially like how you've worked elements from the classic cartoon and minicomics into the new series.
Can't wait to see more!![]()

The Return to Anwat Gar
CHAPTER IV:
. . . THE SAGA CONTINUES . . .
An army of Jitsu's troops, their weapons drawn and ready, surround our heroes.
Man-At-Arms, Adam, Sy-Klone, Leon, Dojo, and Consul Ari brace for an attack.
Quickly Leon tells Dojo to cast his counter spell on Sy-Klone again as he throws a
handful of dry seedlings on the ground in front of them. Dojo complies
and as the water spills on the seedlings, they grow into huge voracious plants.
The Guardsmen yell in terror as the vines flail and snatch at them like beastly arms.
With a satisfied grin Leon confesses, "I almost lost a limb getting those
out of the Living Vine Jungle, but at least it was worth it."
While the guards are distracted, and before the vine monsters can
attack them as well, the heroes run into the labyrinthine armory, looking
for the Eternians' weapons. Leon and Adam become separated from
the others. They find Duncan's mace and arm canon,
but Adam's sword is missing. "Could Jitsu have it," Adam asks, but then
they hear a crash at the other end of the armory.
The Vine monsters have fallen, their limbs and heads all severed.
A group of black clad warriors stand over the dead vines.
"The Dragon Shadow Clan," Leon whispers to Adam.
"They're the Dragon Lady's elite force and Jitsu's best assassins.
Trust me; you don't want them to catch you." Adam realizes that
one of the warriors is a snake man as it leaps over the weapon
holders with uncanny agility. "I sssssee two intrudersss over here," he laughs.

The Return to Anwat Gar
Adam and Leon try to escape but their way is blocked by two women
with scarves tied over their eyes. At first Adam thinks they are blind
and can't see him, but, as he tries to slip past them, they attack him
with sudden and painful strikes to his chest and back. They laugh at
the ease of his defeat as he falls into a stand of shields.
Leon tries to fight the albino, but the warrior is too quick and disarms
him before placing him in a choke hold. "We have the young prince
himself! Ninjra will be pleased."
Their leader has been waiting in the doorway, and now that Leon is
captured, she enters slowly. "Yes, you've done well," she says
sarcastically, glaring at the Dragon Shadow Clan.
"You've captured two boys, and all it took was the destruction of an entire
armory. Pathetic. I asked the Dragon Lady for warriors and she gave
me thugs." Ninjra looks long and hard into Leon's face, then turns back
to the door. "Guards, bring him. The rest of you, find the outsiders."
With clenched teeth, Adam tries to stand up while the others are distracted.
Then he sees it! The Power sword hangs on a rack with several broad
swords, just a few feet away from him. He tries to reach for it, but is
suddenly lifted off the ground by Judo, the large warrior.
"Ah, the runt still has some fight left in him," he laughs.
"Put down the boy," shouts Sy-Klone. He and Man-At-Arms emerge
from hiding and attack the Dragon Shadow Clan, who despite being
caught off guard throw themselves in to battle with an almost insane glee.
Judo throws Adam down before joining the fight, which gives Adam the
chance to reach his sword. He escapes out of sight and raises the
sword, calling "By the Power of Grayskull" at the top of his lungs.
He is surrounded by energy and transformed into He-Man. He notices that
his Snake Armor is gone, replaced by an almost ceremonial attire.
He does not let that distract him however as he rushes to aid the Masters.
To be continued...

The Return to Anwat Gar
Another fantastic installment!
OK, at first I was thinking that JITSU was my fave design thus far:
![]()
But now, after seeing the story progress this far, I've got to say that I have an all-new favorite:
![]()
DOJO is by far, the best original MOTU creation in a long time. I love how you guys have tied the TROLLAN legacy closer into MOTU.
This is IMO the best fan creation after Homecoming. Story is interesting and it fits really well to new line. Jitsu is simply wonderful.
Please tell me this is the first of many!
I just keep imagining all of Iceman and gbagok's creations and re-creations, such as Shokoti, Negator, Strongarm, etc. in similar stories, not to mention all the regulars, but enough about that.
Anyways, very exciting stuff! You guys are propelling MotU into the direction it should be allowed to go!
Huge props to you guys, this is the best thing I've seen on the boards since...Hmmm...It's the best thing I've seen on the boards!
I absolutely love all the designs and concepts, not one possible critique from me...Well, except that this should be a cartoon episode! No, not episode, a large part of a season much like MotU vs. the Snake Men! Thank goodness for my imagination though, it can carry me a long way.
Again, thanks guys!![]()

This just keeps getting better and better.
The big guy named Judo reminds me of Hun from the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon.

"It tasted good..." - Gwildor
Most definitely the best fan creation, IMO.
You two guys are awesome.
Incredible characters and a GREAT story line...
It is obvious that Mattel had the WRONG people running the cartoon and toy line!
TGB
Wow...awesome stuff guys
Keep at it...
RobCaptain Picard:So...five card stud, nothing wild...and the sky's the limit.
Great work,...
... but I have to admit: To my taste there's a bit of an overkill of new characters in the later chapters. It's wonderful to see those amazing designs but I fear it may not be possible to develop the characters as much as they would deserve...
Keep it up guys, this is outstanding work!
Yin & Yang are simply ace!!![]()
I look at this whole story as an introduction to new characters for the possibility of an ongoing story rather than a self-contained plot so, yes, it is over-stimulating but there is a possibility of exploring all these characters in further episodes.Originally Posted by Irian

I know this is sort of late, however, shouldn't the TerraCotta soldiers be redish brown, like real Terra Cotta?
Just a friendly critique of color...![]()
I want MATTEL to make these figures and do this cartoon!!!
The characters sort of have a TMNT (the new series) feel to them! Not that I am a huge fan of TMNT, however, since there is no new MOTU here in the USA, my kids have been getting into TMNT (well only the villians)...I could totally see MOTU in a Playmates style of TMNT selling BIG with KIDS!!!
TGB
I was going to reserve all my comments until the story was finished, but it's just too cool
I love what you've done with the Jitsu character. It's far better than just being Skeletor's lamest lacky (whose only purpose was appearantly to be with Fisto).
I really hope after this, you guys can work on new movies, and try to include all the other characters and elements that have yet to be updated in the new mythos. If you ever want any ideas, give me a shout. I got tons of'em![]()
People who say certain characters should never be remade is stupid. Throw rocks at them.
I support Filmation characters for MOTUC! Let Mattel know it's worth their while to get the rights to those characters!
When I did the original drawing I did have that colour scheme in mind but I neglected to mention it to Gbagok. When he sent me what he had I just thought that it looked so damn cool and besides it matches all the other statues we saw in the Anwat toon episode plus I figured it was ok cos the famous so-called terracotta statues in China aren't really reddish-brown either.Originally Posted by THEGODBEAST

Well not every character we show is meant to be a 'Major Playa' but do have their part in the story. But like ScarletSymbiote said, this is merely introducing us to new characters for the MotU world and obviously they would be explored in ''future episodes''.but I have to admit: To my taste there's a bit of an overkill of new characters in the later chapters. It's wonderful to see those amazing designs but I fear it may not be possible to develop the characters as much as they would deserve...

Nice work, guys. Keep up the good work.
When I read the beginning of the story, I thought the last Legacy Stone would be a fake made by Skeletor to control the wearer. You know, something a bit cliche like that. Either way, it could make a good story.
Like I said, keep up the good work.
