    Best one shot henchman??

Pick from the list or tell me who I missed!

I like Icer, but I always thought that Strong Arm and He-Man should have had a rematch. After getting pushed into that Photaneum(sp?) body cell, I wanted He-Man to body slam him for revenge.

I´d say Icer, because I really love this character *hopes to see a 4H redesign statue of him one day* and because though he worked for Skeletor he did all by himself without the help of any other henchmen or Skeletor himself. Icer is really cool!

    A Villian For The Season!

MOTU is crying out for some sort of ice/snow-related character (and no, Ice Armor He-Man/Skeletor do NOT count in my book!)... Icer was cool in the Filmation series, one of the few 'mation-invented characters that I actually wanted as a toy but never got. The Four Horsemen would make him into a kick-ass staction figure

My favorite is Strong Arm. I just like the cool mask he has. He would have made for an awesome toy. Icer was still a great villain, though.
Fang Man was ok, but he just looks too retarded with his tongue hanging out. Plus, he should've had fang's. Big ones, worthy of a name like Fang Man. Plus, I've been partly soured on him by all the people who think he should be a snakeman
People who say certain characters should never be remade is stupid. Throw rocks at them.

I support Filmation characters for MOTUC! Let Mattel know it's worth their while to get the rights to those characters!

But he is a man snake. Check the MotU Bible for that info. He just isn´t a part of King Hiss´warriors.

I voted Fang Man since he was the only one I knew of as a kid.

Here is all the bible says about him:

    "December 1, 1982

    MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE
    BIBLE
    Written by
    Michael Halperin

FANG MAN* - a reptilian monster who, when he wants to disable his foe, breathes a sleeping gas upon them so they can be taken captive."

Granted, he was apparently intended to Have Kobra Khan's power, but that does not make him a snake man..

Then I must be mistaken. I´m sure that I´ve read somewhere that he was intended to be a man snake. So either it stood somewhere else or it indeed is just my memory that fails me. If the later is the case then I can actually understand why so many people are bugged if he always gets linked to the Snake Men.

    Thanks for posting that Doc.

I'm with you 100% on that. Sort of odd, when you consider the nature of characters on Eternia, that none of the classic figures capitalized on an ice or snow theme.

I would say Icer too. I like villains that have an 'elemental' aspect to them. His voice really suited the character - it seemed cold to match his abilities.

I havent seen Icer in action, so I went for Fangman, he had a very cool and original design

I was always partial to Batros.

I thought he would be the perfect foil for Stratos and/or Buzz-Off,
who never seemed that effective since none of the villians flew.

Also Mer-Man really needed an aquatic hero to do battle against,
I mean what good is it being an aquatic villian if there is no aquatic hero?
At least Aquaman had Black Manta.

Well Batros is not really one of Skeletor´s henchmen. He made up his own little plan and because of that Skeletor recrueted him, but even though that happened it always appeared to me that Batros himself was convinced that he´s more some sort of partner to Skeletor rather then a henchmen.

But he´s an awesome character none the less.

I'm really kind of shocked that ol' Icer is overtaking Strong Arm in the polls..

Icer always seemed like a lame cross between Captain Cold and Iceman to me. That, and his name doesn't really sound MOTU.

Strong Arm, on the other hand, had the punny name, the weird look that dominated half the line, and he is, IIRC, the only Skeletor henchman to actually beat He-man in a fight..

I think all three are great, but I voted for Fang Man because he's the only one I remember from when I was a kid.

I guess it's because he's essentially an early version of Kobra Khan that people tend to throw him in with the snake men.

Which is exactly why I wanted to see him return. He and He-Man should have had a proper throw down after he locked He-Man in the body cell. Still angers me that they didn't.

I had to vote for Strong Arm as well, which has actually put him one point ahead of Icer.

    Why?

    He Beat He-Man!
