I'm cleaning house around here and am really running out of room. Any Star Wars collectors in the Horde interested in two big items that I don't even know why I bought? I have the 12" Luke w/Wampa & 12" Han w/Tauntaun that are just taking up space. I think one was a TRU exclusive and the other KB? Or maybe Target? I can't remember it's been so long. You guys probably have them, but I figured I'd give you guys first shot at them. PM me if interested.

Potential PS3 purchasers, check this out:

If this article is true, Europe will be paying between 500-600 Euros for PS3, and that converts to about $613-$736 for the US.

Although Europe basically pays a 23% markup on their consumer electronics, so the US price may come down to around $472-$547.

My guess is launch price will between $650-$700 high-end, or $500-$550 low-end. Hopefully we'll find out at E3 in a few weeks....

I can definitely deal with the $500-$550 range, but the higher figures will definitely make me wait.....

These are concept art for the re-designs of Lion-O & Mumm-Ra for the long rumored new TCats series WB has been kicking around. I've gotta say that the Mumm-Ra looks sweet, though he could use a little tweaking around the head, (like adding the old helmet) but I really dislike the Lion-O design, unless that's supposed to be "young" Lion-O before his growth spurt.....

I'm not a big video game guy. I'll buy it after the first year or two when they drop it a couple of hundred. That's what I did for PS1 & 2.

I know I am, as that's my last weekday off before I start my job watching my sister's kids on Monday the 17th. Although I won't have any cash to pick up the new Thundercats set early.

But that's OK, I'm positive that I'll get it for my birthday the following week, as it was the #1 thing on my list.....

sorry i wasn't able to make it out there , i found that i have water leaking under the base boards in the sitting room in the basement so i'm hoping its only a small foundation crack, the new carpet should be ok once we get it cleaned up it smells like mildew!

i don't see a problem seeing you guys at toyshow i hope!

EDIT: i just got word from work that i'll be working all weekend of the 22nd so if toy show is on the 23rd then i'm basically s.o.l. and i was hoping to catch up on my star wars collection this time around.

Got my 2nd Trap & Smash Orko in the mail yesterday! (Really fast, as it got shipped from Texas on Saturday....) And I just got word that my repaint Man-E & repaint Sy-Klone got shipped out today. I'm finally done with the basic figures I needed, and now I can work on the few repaints/repacks/deluxes I need. And once those are done, I can grab the remaining vehicles/accessories I'm still missing, before I decide if I want to even bother with the exclusives/Chase figs ($$$$) I'm still needing.....

Jimmy - Did you open up one of the Tri-Klops statues for the rack? How's it look?

Hit a Wal-Mart today that's in the middle of their Toy transition. It's totally jacked up right now, as this store usually has the 3 aisles for figs. The main aisle is set up correctly, but the 3rd aisle that has all the DC/Marvel/McFarlane stuff is way on the far side of the toy section, away from the rest of the figures. Nothing worth mentioning, although they did have 2 4H Batmans, 2 Crocs, 1 Bane & like 7 Scarecrows, and I probably saw about 7-8 "The Batman" Mr. Freeze repacks on the new cards........

Hope everybody checked the main page, as there is lots of news posted!

1st, there are now final production shots of the Wave 3 Stactions, and they look so friggin' good, it's hard to contain the excitement! I can't believe how good the Sorceress looks down to the shading on her skirt, and Tung Lashor (who I was least excited for) is HUGE!!!!! He's actually bigger than Clawful!

2nd, if (once again) all goes well, there should be some pics of Webstor & Leech by the end of the week! (Trying to not get my hopes up in case there are delays....)

3rd, and most importantly, the 4H & NECA plan to announce in the next few days what the MOTU 2006 Convention Exclusives are going to be! And yes, as was posted on the main page, I didn't type wrong. exclusiveS. 2 MOTU Exclusives this year!!!!!

Add to this the likelyhood that also in the next few days BCI should be announcing the results from the Best Of She-Ra voting, along with (hopefully) box art for the DVD set!

All in all, it's looking like an exciting week for us MOTU fans!!!!!!!

EDIT: More good news!!!! SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNN!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised to see 1 of the exclusives be the Odiphus that didn't make it into the final packaging w/Stinkor.....

Scrolling through all the MOTU stuff the 4H have listed, of note is the obvious "2006 Con Exclusive staction" w/??? as to who it'll be. But the other thing I found is that in the 14" MOTU statue section, they list the 4 that have been released, and then list a 5th statue with ???? as to who it'll be. (They admit they forgot to include the 2001 SDCC He-Man statue) I'm wondering if we'll get a statue as one of the exclusives this year?

i really don't think so either. that wouldn't make any sense. i wish i could remember where i read whatever it was that made me think that.
