Still haven't found anything from the new wave of Cars yet, so all I posted earlier still apply. And if it matters, out of all the stuff I'm looking for, only the ML Modok figures & the Demolition 2-pack are for me-everything else is for my son.

Oh, and I did cave in and buy the Lego Batman Arkham Asylum set from TRU yesterday, as I noticed they have it on sale for $60 instead of $80 until 11/22.....

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've been kind of sick. Too much to go into details here.

I did pick up the Spidey classics, HOM Spidey variant and Super Kick Spidey. I've heard that last of the Spidey Classics are out now, but I really haven't been out much at all.

My ML14 from toynk.com should be hitting by the end of the week, along with the HOM boxed set. I have to find out what happened to my order for YA and Monsters boxed sets. They are also telling me they will get 15 in the first week of Dec.

I got an e-mail from Corner Stone Comics letting me know that they are taking pre-orders for the variants for 15. By the time I got there, they only had Moon Knight and the two Wasp variants left. I passed. If they still had all of them, I would have ordered them. I did order the Face Off series 2 from them as toynk told me that they will not be getting those.

Once Hasbro takes over the line, I'm going down to only collecting one set. The prices increase is just too much.

Friday meetings are impossible for me. I go to be between 8 and 8:30. You guys have a good time. I might be able to make a meeting sometime when I'm on vacation.

EDIT: I should be there around 7:30-ish tonight. Depending on if I get out of work on time. (Around 6pm) I need to stop at the bank, and I want to stop at Fry's on the way to the store...

Oh, and guys, the days of finding dvd/games early at major retailers may be soon coming to a close. I was at Wal-Mart this morning, and they had Guitar Hero 2 for PS2 in the case. I had somebody get me a copy and when he went to ring me up, he got a notification in his screen displaying the actual street date. (11/7) And his register would not allow the game to be rung up. Sounds like Wal-Mart is starting to implement their systems to prevent early sales of street dated material. I know Targets have been getting this same system implemented over the last 2 months or so, where items in their system are "hardlocked", and cannot be physically processed on a register until the street date has been reached.

Let's hope Best Buy doesn't start doing this!
