Hey guys. Sorry I havent been on the boards lately but a lots been going on. My uncle (Dads older brother) passed away yesterday and Ive been busy with work.

Congratulations Brandon on getting into NYU. I hear its a very good school.

Im up for meeting on the 22nd but I wont be aqble to meet until around 730 or 8 that evening because I have to work.

sorry to hear about your uncle dennis, my condolences go out to you and your family!

i can't make the meeting next saturday b/c i already have plans & its anthony & my cousin's birthday weekend too!

so lots of stuff going on!

I got my renewal confirmation as well.

i found out last night that beer & my diabetes don't like each other much, b/c i had 1 sam adams light and my sugar skyrocketed! so i guess its back to white liquor's - vodka, tequila, rum & gin & me are well acquainted again!

Place: Portillo's on Route 83 in Willowbrook. I'd like to move Horde meetings around for a little bit. It's right near 55 so that Jason and people coming from the south will have an easy shot to get there and for those of us living north, route 83 on a Sunday is a piece of cake traffic wise. The next meeting we should have out by D-Bone, cause he always has to drive far.

i decide to stop collecting clone wars so i can keep up w/ the legacy collection and the votc figs & motuc, and i still need to fill a few holes in my godzilla collection too.

i hope to start casting again, i got a few things in the works that i think you guys are gonna like!

kudos to you leo on the vintage items you recently acquired! a buddy of mine just scored a bunch of vintage figs at the TOYCON on sunday for cheap.

Interesting news on the Thundercats. I am a big Thundercats fan and would love to see a good line of figures for it (regardless of whether or not they are poseable) Whether or not I get them will depend on how much I like the sculpts (the sculpts on some of those full sized statues that they are making now could have been nicer, especially Lion-O), the price point, and how frequently they come out.

If they are handled similarly to the NECA MOTU stactions both in terms of the price and how frequently they are released, I could work with that since there was a good gap of time between each 3-figure wave.

But if they are going to be released at a very rapid rate, I may have to pass (or at least pick and choose what I get... though I know if I start I'll probably want them all) because MOTUC is already pretty pricey as it is.

There's gonna be a bunch of variants and con-exclusives for the TCats stuff - making me happy that I'm holding out for figures.
