Will be pretty much MIA for the forseeable future - finally start my overnight shifts this week at Meijer on top of my regular M-F 8-4:30 job. Anybody have a good energy drink they can recommend? Mtn. Dew alone ain't gonna cut it. Not even the old HULK-sized mug will be enough....

I'm a huge fan of Monster energy drinks, but I would try a few and see which one works for you. most people I know won't touch it b/c they sd it makes them really jittery so they stick to redbull.

I had the same problem last week, Jimmy. I wasn't getting e-mails and then one day I got like the whole weeks worth at once.

DB Skeletor looks cool and makes sense for him to come out next. Although my favorite was Terror Claws Skeletor. (Hey, it was the 80's. Nightmare on Elm St was out)

Lord - scheduled originally for 32 hours at Meijer this week: on 2 nights, off, on, off 2 nights, and on. Checked again this afternoon, and now it's for 40 hours: on, off 2 nights, and on 4 nights straight. So much for part-time status-need to look elsewhere cuz this ain't gonna work....

On the plus side, I know where I'm going for lunch Thursday...

Congratulations, Dennis! Good luck with everything - I've got a friend in the middle of wedding planning now, and I know how much work it is.


As for the bacon sundae, I had a milkshake with bacon (technically it was a Vanilla Bean Apple Pie Bacon shake) at Michael Symon's B-Spot in Cleveland, and while it was tasty, I'm not sure it's something I could do on a regular basis. (Or expect BK to do it well.) I may have to try it though.

And I realize I just wrote more about bacon than Dennis's engagement. Sorry about that - I went to go post about bacon and then saw your update.

Got my June MOTU/DC figs over the weekend. Snake MAA still sucks. Horde Prime is one bad mutha! Griffon kicks butt. Atrocitus is too small, and Metron is fantastic!
