Well, he already bought it, so there's no need for you to drive down to his Target. (Easily an hour+ south from you) I'm picking it up from him on Sunday. I can try to get out to Jimmy's before the next meeting, (Gotta clean out more of my stuff ASAP!) but if not, worse case scenario, I can bring it when we meet up there on the 3rd.

Oh, and Darrell's looking for a Swoop, if you see one......

What a great vacation. I've been to the dentist, eye doctor, chyroprator, and had my car in for repairs. My only pleasure has been my massage and pedicure. You can't sqeeze 52 weeks of errands in 1 week. Besides all that, I've had repairs done to my deck, had the deck painted, and had someone come out to set up a trap for a skunk that's living under the porch.

I've been trying to put together a list off all my junk in storage that Tara wants me to get rid of. I don't think I can go back to work without at least finishing the list. I hardly have any time to enjoy my hobbies anymore and she's tired of paying $70 a month to storage.

As far as Bat's RIP and comics goes, I decided that after "Final Crisis" that I'm dropping all the DC comics I collect. I haven't been happy with DC since all these "Crisis's" started and now they are saying that the stuff that happened before the Crisis of the 80's does count. And the fact that they are just messing around with things too much. (IE - Sometimes they are drawing the Kents the way they look like in Smallville)

I scored a Black Spidey from Target today. The shelf sticker said $9.99 and it rang up for $14.99. So I had to go right over to customer service to get my $5 back. Perhaps if the girl behind the counter at customer service said "Hello", "Hi", "Can I help you?", "Thanks", or "Have a nice day" I might have told them about the guy I saw walk right in and put on a zip up sweater and walk right out with it. Getting only one of the Red Hulk wave reminded me of how much I hate store exclusives.

Oh well, back to the attic and my lists.

Unfortunately I more than likely won't be at the meeting on the 3rd. That weekend I'll be in downstate Illinois visiting my aunt and uncle and then going to Carlisle, IN for a fall family reunion.

Well, I found a site online with a decent selection of DC figures in stock at good prices and low shipping. Ordered Sinestro Corps Sinestro, Wonder Woman, Ares & Cyborg. They should all show up next week, so provided they are in good shape, those ones will be off my want list, and I can focus on finding Batman Beyond, Artemis & both Captain Atoms.

Oh, and Fred also grabbed me the 4 new single Infinite Heroes figs. (Hush, Qwardian, Manhunter & Black Adam)

i went shopping at target today and scored both the galactic heroes cinema scene sets and the leia and tobi daala comic pack. now i just need the one w/ the royal guards. no new dcuc figs or anything else, but i almost bought the firefly & storm shadow comic pack i saw, but i passed - hope no one needed it???

Hit Target (Alex's) and finished off the Star Wars: Legacy collection for what will hopefully be the rest of the year. (Though I wouldn't be surprised if they snuck Wave 4 in before Christmas). Now, Star Wars wise, all I am looking for is Clone Wars Wave 2 and 3.

I can't believe how much stuff I've bought over the years. I found stuff I don't even remember buying. Good grief!

And while in the process of trying to get rid of stuff, I'm getting more stuff. lol. I know have 2 of the Red Hulk wave. Black Spidey and Union Jack. I had found a website that was selling the sets with the Black Wolvie, but it came out to almost $19 per figure before shipping. I'm having enough trouble with this new price of $14.99.

good fun yesterday - even though we took a 3 hr tour to get there!

i was so stuffed from all the apples i ate i couldn't wait to get home and lay down and rest, that sun was killer hot!!!

i found a material to make the skeletor capes and cut a bunch out so i'll have them for anyone that wants one next meeting.

My friend found DCUC 4 at wal-mart. He said that in the case he opened there was 2 wonder woman and 1 artemis variant, but no batman beyond. He also got the captain atom gold variant and the cyborg variant (and how lame is it that the "variant" gives you more accessories than the regular and that's the only difference between the two!). I'll keep my eyes peeled, I don't want Artemis so if I find any I'll hook you guys up. I totally want the blue guy though (Ares?)!

The only Cyborg variant is a KB exclusive. All regular Cyborgs come with 2 arm attachments.

That's the "L" case with 2 WW, 1 Artemis, 1 Cap Atom, 1 Ares & 1 Cyborg. Nice to see SOMEONE finally saw these locally. I got the WW, Cyborg & Ares I ordered today. And yes, Ares is awesome, except for the crappy soft plastic they use for the weapons. I'm gonna have to bend out his sword.

I'm going to try and see if my Wally-World receiver can keep his eye open for their exclusives when they hit. I've been working with this guy for a year and I feel comportable asking him. I just don't know if he has access to that info. He might only take care of vendors.
