Did find a bunch of star wars figures at target in Kenosha, had a bunch of the super articulated clone tropper and wookie warrior, all had tan strips across the face.

I dont wanna be the entertainment at pts bachleorette party. This is a happy time for her and Im not going to ruin it..............seriously though congratulations Compuman and pt on your engagement. Its great to see two people find each other. Since Darrell doesn't post here anymore, I'll have to do the DVD news:

tvshowsondvd.com has a few interesting tidbits. Nothing we didn't know for the most part, but here goes:

-They mention the article in Toyfare #95 about MOTU. Not really any new info, but they are speculating an October release for Volume 1.

-There is now full-size box art for Thundercats Volume 1. Same pic that was release before, but bigger sized. Still scheduled for an August 9th release.

-Apparently, the folks in charge of the Season 1 Gargoyles release are trying to get a hold of fans in the LA area to film a featurette on the show. All signs point to Saeson 2 being in the works, but nothing concrete.

-And finally, even though we all knew it was coming soon, The Simpsons Season 6 is now officially confirmed for an August 16th release date. MSRP $50.

And on other news, if there are any other big video gamers out there (besides Dennis ) E3 has begun! It officially starts Wednesday, but SONY & Microsoft had their press conferences today, with Nintendo's to follow at about 11am Tuesday. PS3 has been revealed, along with last week's XBOX 360 release. And the Nintendo "Revolution" should be shown off at their conference. Best time of year (besides X-Mas) to be a gamer!

First off thanks to all of you for the good wishes!!!!! Pt probably would say something as well but she's in Greece for the next 2 and a half weeks!

As you guys know she graduated this past Saturday. Her Mom, Dad and Brother were in town along with Jake and I. After the ceramony(sp) I asked her parents if I could ask their daughter to marry me. Her Mom started crying and her Dad shook my hand and said "make her happy". So we all went out side the Kohl Center(where the event took place) for pictures. After I got some pics of pt and her family. Her Dad snapped some of Jake, pt and I. Then I got down on one knee in the semi-muddy grass where we were standing and asked her to marry me. The very first words out of her mouth were "are you serious". She finally accepted the ring and we kissed and she told me that I got my pants dirty.

She starts her new job in AZ on July 11, I think. Maybe the 10th. We haven't set a date yet, or a city. I think I'll be up here for another year or so then after Jake finishes 1st grade next summer we'll move down as well. But like I said no plans laid in stone yet.

I really to want to thank, and I'm sure Margaret will echo these comments, all the Horde. With out you guys getting a club started I would never have met the love of my life. I haven't been this happy in a very long time. I also wish to thank Val for having this site for other fans to meet and get to know each other. Without this site, again, there would be no Chicago Horde and I would have missed the opportunity to have met all of the great people I have! You all know(Val too) you will be invited to the Wedding!!!!!

Dennis...I really don't know you from Adam but after the ribbing you got and the things I heard, just a little advice for you. First, in order to pick up a female (that won't run away) make eye contact when you talk. Makes you at least look like your interested in what your saying. And two, don't fart on people's heads. Just a good rule of thumb.

For Henry- You wanted to see what I had before the move. Granted this isn't nearly all of it. ALot was still packed away but you get the picture.

Thanks alucard for your concern, but Im all good. I get busted on a lot by the other guys but I know I can count on them whenever I need them. When I had my car accident last year either other Horde members called me, or posted well wishes on the board. These guys are a great group of people and Im honored to say that all of you guys mean so much to me.

Not much to report lately. No new SW figs have come in, and we don't have anymore Collection 1 in the stockroom. We still have a few cases of Collection 2 back there, but they're just the cases with figures #37-#40. As soon as anybody hears of Tarkin hitting, (#45) PLEASE let us all know!

It seems that we're kinda at the calm before the summer storm period with figures. New ML, WWE, SW, Spidey & Friends, GI Joe, FF, and Batman all seem to not be shipping anything new until June/July. Great. Just in time for Wizard World...
