I've never seen the episodes with Octavia and Entrapta, so no opinion on those two
    (not yet at least ).

I always loved Shadow Weaver, but my favorite female villain is probably Catra.
Nothing better then a good transformation make-over! Catra is hot!

By the way, shouldn't Huntara also be in this poll?

    Hello Everyone,

    I actually love them all!

However, I am going to go with Shadow Weaver from Filmation's Cartoon, and Catra from Mattel's toy line! However, like I said they all rule!

    Take Care,
    Darren
Mattel please, buy the He-Man and She-Ra cartoons from Entertainment Rights. If you owned Both Filmation related "MotU" cartoons, plus "NA" and "MYP" cartoons, you would be able to distribute any or all 4 cartoons to Television in the lead up to another relaunch or a live action movie. Plus, you could include Filmation and "NA" animated characters in "MotU:C"!

    Long Live 'MOTU'!

Huntara wasn't a villain, Hordak tricked her into thinking She-Ra was evil.

No prizes for guessing who I picked - though I think if Octavia had made more appearances and been written well, she could have made a cracking villainess.
Most-wanted MOTUC: Granita - Hunga the Harpy - Spinnerella - Melaktha - Vultak - Dylamug - Crita - Mermista Sprag, Sprocker and Spritina

I'm going with Entrapta! Just love her design, and that she's handy with machines.

Don't remember much of her cartoon-personality and appearances tho.

If it wasn't readily apparent from my fanfic, I have a very soft spot for the Weaver...tho Catra is a very close second for me as well...

Shadow Weaver wins but in second place I have Catra and Scorpia fighting for the spot in a very cool cat fight.

Shadow Weaver always scared the crap out of me as a kid. I always thought she could could be as scary as Maleficent.
    Mattel I demand the following:

Spinwit,Spinnerella, The Scientists, Rio Blast, Mara, Crita, Kayo, Mermista,

Shadow Weaver for sure.... she scared the crapola out of me as a kid, and she is just so.. badass. To me, this is furthered by the fact that there weren't as many humorous moments surrounding her, like there was with Catra - Catra always struck me as a bit dumb (don't throw things at me! lol)

Gotta go with Shadow Weaver. I think mages are always something to take very seriously, even if you'd be hiding behind She-Ra's back.

I'd have to go with Shadow Weaver as well, as was said a few times, heck, Shadow Weaver was 'scary' to me back in 1985. (and I was 10 years old and even at that age she was scary) I mean well, it is scary when a charatcer has 'no face' (or rather we never saw her face, as I recall) and a voice(that creepy one she had), and floats around---no feet...extremely ghostly, and well at age 10...scary was scary, each time I saw Shadow Weaver, I always thought of the haunted houses put on at Halloween and such.

Plus, I will and must say, 'Shadow Weaver' is and was a pretty 'neat' and also scary name for a character. I mean Shadow Weaver as a name well seems like it took more thought then alot of other characters really.

Now Catra is a close second, but I still must choose Shadow Weaver as #1 because she was indeed frightening to me and a few others I see in any case. Catra is as the whole Mattel news explains 'meant' to be She-Ra's main 'villian' a jealous beauty, but He-Man was 'over' so they had to put the 'Horde' into She-Ra---yes that news story.

So with that above, just Shadow Weaver seems to make much more sense, in 'scary' and even as a villian.....Shadow Weaver is kinda like a Blair Witch err 'woman', I would even dare say. Catra is and was well kinda like for us women here anyway, that other girl at school you always got into a fuss and a fight with.

Now not knocking you males in anyway, hehe in fact, well I am kind of poking fun at it, but Catra a 'cat woman' and She-Ra---now hey even I can see, and I know Mattel could see it as well, that is why they made Catra as the 'jealous beauty' as they call her, that ahs catfight writtened all over it. With that I must say Mattel was pretty darn smart, they knew their stuff, and knew with She-Ra and Catra dolls and play and all else, us goirls would wnat to be 'She-Ra' tell our friend they would ahve to be Catra, they would say no, then a real catfight would start to happen---and again, I must say Mattel had to know that.

I think Shadow Weaver on the whole was not used often enough as a main villain. She is no doubt the best female villian of all.

Now if only Shadow Weaver was made in a way to have a high intellect in the ways of science as well. She could be a female version of Dr Doom

What is amusing she was more of a threat than Hordak.

I can only imagine how they can do Shadow Weaver if ever a new series was done, whether it be comics or cartoon.
