Which MOTU Character do you like the least?

Ok, maybe this has been done, but I haven't seen it.

MOTU had alot of characters, and we all know how incredible they were or we wouldn't be here. But for all those hits, there has to be a few misses.

So, the question goes out: Which character could you have lived without? If I don't have them listed on the poll, just add your own.

    Regards,

    BSB

yeah we had this at one point in time... I think snake hunter he-man was unan. the winner. Still gets my vote

I think disco dance skeletor was a close second.

--I think this is more directed toward the action figures than the show but still my answer since you didn't specify

Stinkor by far. I am glad he never got to appear in the Filmation show

I however really love "those asteroid dudes" as they were one of my favorite Masters toys as a kid. Plus, I never had a problem wtih Gwildor.

    Why?

...and do you mean lame toy action figure OR lame "character" in terms of who the character was - how they were depicted in toon/movie/comics and how they behaved?

I'd prefer to be more positive.

Besides, all of these "lame" choices have their good points!

Which could I have lived without is the queston in the end -- hmmm.

    I don't know!

    Gwildor.

I found he was an annoying little twerp in the 80's live action film.

You forgot to add Snout Spout. Yeah and the bird lady MEK_A_NOSE is talking about was also very lame.

But to stick with the names in the poll: "those asteroid dudes" get my vote.

Why are Stratos and Zodak on this list? Is it because Roger Sweet doesn't like them? Because that would be a lame reason to include them. I'm pretty sure Roger is in the vast minority of people who don't like Stratos, or Zodak.

Stinkor shouldn't be on the list either. There are lots more characters with far less popularity that you could have put on this list. What about the Energy Zoids?

Come back when you get a decent list to vote on.

I'm only considering the more mainstream characters with this statement, but I've always considered Orko to be a lame character. His original figure was one of my least favorites and his portrayal in the show always annoyed me.

He-Man himself. I always found him to be a rather one-dimensional boring character.

What "asteroid guys" are we talking about? I can't believe that Stonedar and Rokkon are considered the lamest, particularly if you think they turned into asteroids/meteorites instead of just rocks (just rocks would have been lame, I admit). I'm still sorry these guys won't be able to transform as stactions.

If we're talking about the meteorbs, I agree they weren't that great.

But lamest? As far as the new show goes, the Giants are tied with Clawful's cousin's pink friend. And so long as the Widgets or those Bear Smurf things are part of MOTU, Gwildor will always be safe.

I allso don't understand why sratos and zodak are on this. list I remember as a kid me and my brother where confused as to zodak was evil or good. from the packageing ect first thay said he was evil then fliped it and said he was good. anyways me and my brother had him as a guy who could'int make up his mind and kept changeing sides. zodak was one of my faverits stratos was allso cool if for no other reason than being able to ram an evil guy in mid flight like a ram man with wings. I got into an arguement with my brother telling me stratos can't do that. then I showed him he dose in a mini comic and found a new respect for stratos. as for lame'ist i would have to say the old orko and the meteorbs

When I tried to think of the lamest MOTU character ever, GWILDOR immediately came to mind. Then when I read your poll and saw 'those asteroid dudes,' I realized that they were in fact the lamest. Why? Because they were so far removed from what MOTU was that I frickin' forgot they were even a part of it!

Yes GWILDOR was lame, but at least he fit in with MOTU. On a similar note: when I was a kid I hated ORKO, but upon watching the classic series again, I didn't find him nearly as annoying as I remember him.

    Yes, what he said.

As for the whole 'MOTU' property, including the original, new, Movie, 'PoP', and 'NA'. The four scientists from 'NA', are the only ones who I found annoying.

Having said that, I am sure the Four Horsemen could find away to make them work!

Mattel please, buy the He-Man and She-Ra cartoons from Entertainment Rights. If you owned Both Filmation related "MotU" cartoons, plus "NA" and "MYP" cartoons, you would be able to distribute any or all 4 cartoons to Television in the lead up to another relaunch or a live action movie. Plus, you could include Filmation and "NA" animated characters in "MotU:C"!

    Long Live 'MOTU'!

Gwildor but a lot of people would argue that he is not part of the universe and dismiss that movie all together.

Guy's, no offense was intended by the poll. The names I selected were names that I had seen mentioned in other posts throughout the Org. Personally, Zodak was always one of my favourites.
