For the last few years I've been thinking about buying one or two of these figures - To save me some time, where is the best place to buy them?

I bought my set through the marketplace here, but they pop up on e-bay sometimes too.

The org member Epicasino lives in Argentina and has gotten full sets of FUERZA-T in the past; you might want to contact him.

Check this. Yesterday night when I arrived home from college my mother was waiting me with: Platino, Titano, Sidoshi, Destructor, Pantano and Carnivor all MOC. How did she get them? My mother has a friend who has a boyfriend, this man is Top Toy´s accountant. My mother told him that I am a He Man collector and this man (all by his own neither me or my mother asked him anything ever) gave hee this figures for me.
I will call him to thank him and to talk about Top Toys a little, he has been working there for the past 25 years. Any anecdotal info I can get will obviusly posted.

PS: I passed the 100 messages!!

    Thanks!
I will think if I open them or not.
This line gives MOTU a new dimension, but the quality mmmm is far away from good.

If you can, ask him about any more background info on the FT team, any prototype characters that were set to be released and if any new ones will be coming. I would also love to know how these came about, any new artwork, etc..

Does he know there is such love for these guys from the He-fans?

    Thanks!

I gave this man a call to thank him and he told me a little more about Fuerza T.
When Mattel decided to relaunch the line in the 200X, Top Toys (who had the license to produce and sell MOTU in Argentina) in the first moment thought to produce them here but it was way too expensive. The license was expensive and Argentina was through a very bad socioeconomical moment, so nobody was going to buy toys which costed in US dollars (remember that 1 dollar = 3 argentinian pesos aprox.). So, Top Toys decided to get some old molds and create new figures. As the license they had in the 80´s had already expired, some changes had to be made to the molds so as no to be sued for forgery. Top Tops believed that selling this cheap figures would be very profitable, but in the end it wasn´t. Why? Because the desing and the concept are from the 80´s and kids nowadays do not play much with toys (everyting reduces to videogames). Only some He Fans bought them.
Top Toys realized that abroad (USA and Europe) there was a bigger market, of course of He Man collectors hungry for this new colorful figures that "expanded" the MOTU universe. Producing in pesos en selling in dollars (3 vs 1) or Euros (4/1) is good business.
Nowadays the line is not being produced and there are not plans of making new figures in the future. Today Top Toys only concentrates in selling the figures to foreing wholesalers . The figures the accountant gave me are from that stock.
This thursday he is giving me Tekno so I complete the collection. I will open the figures to let them live!! I am sharing pics with you as soon as I get them.

Hey there. I've got a complete set of FUERZA-T, and I actually opened them!
Here are the heroes. PLATINO and TITANO:

    SHIDOSHI and TEKNO:

Here's the Escorpius Clan, PANTANO and DESTRUCTOR:

    The Aracnos, FELINOR and CARNIVOR:

I can take some better pictures if you like; any requests?

    Here's the prototype of TITANO:

Some more prototypes. Apparently top-left was to be called SPECTOR, bottom-left was to be called GOLDRAN.

Not too sure what's going on with all the semi-transparent parts, but had the line continued, they wanted to produce cats as well.

Here's a packaged custom of GOLDRAN. I can't remember who made this, but they're on these boards.

I would love this line except for the fact that they used those tiny Beast Man legs for all of the bad guys.

The prototype Titano is kind of a Movie Version of Man at Arms. Too bad that didn't get produced, I'd be all over that!
