Well, I guess it's my turn to be vain for once.
Never started one of these, so I guess there's always a first.
I'm actually surprised a new one hasn't already popped up. These threads tend to be like weeds that you can't kill.

I had shown this pic to a few others recently to show how I wear my hair these days.
"Easy to maintain" is my motto for the time being, especially since most hairstyles look ridiculous on me.

Okay, I cropped some from this pic and got the go ahead to post it. Kind of a bad angle. I think this shows why that 20-30lbs weight loss would do me some good.

I was just going to complain how nobody's posting pics, just commenting Val's, when I noticed a new post from Tallstar. That's better!

Here is a picture of me from a BBQ at a friend's backyard. The sun was a bit too bright, but it's the most recent I have.

I'm sure I might have some over the top lit shaky blurry photo for the summer-thread however.

Why Val, you cut off almost all of your hair. I've been thinking about doing the same now that the cooold winds that we have here in this northern port of Sweden has been dissipating, since it's the same for me, I look silly or it doesn't stick for very long, in most hair-cuts.

Why Val, you cut off almost all of your hair.

I haven't had my long hair since mid-2002.
Since thin, it's ranged from bald to short.
I just decided to go with a short buzz from here on out.
Easy to manage, and I've got one to impress.

vash080: Wanna be my weight-loss buddy? No seriously, I know what you mean. I compared some photos of myself from just a few years back to the one I posted, and I got all: "Holy crap, I became a lard ass!" There's such a big difference, not only with the weight, but with my facial features as well. It doesn't even look like the same person when comparing the two.

I'm hoping to come here one day and post trim photos of myself.

Me on the road, driving. Chelsey and I were on our way to the Charlotte Hilton. We got an Executive suite on the 22nd floor this weekend with the Romance package. Champagne and strawberries and stuff. Pretty fun. We watched the Producers, and I asked her to marry me.

It's not as "Wow!" as it sounds. For over 2 years we've been talking like "If we were married...", "when we're married,", etc, but I never actually came out and asked. It was always just "understood". So I went ahead and brought it out in the open. Of course she said yes, but she was thrilled to actually be able to tell her friends and be girly. Got her a cheap ring (she picked it out... she isn't into jewelry and didn't want anything big) and stuff. Though, it's a bit more of a Promise type deal. No date. She jokes that when people ask her she's like "Oh... 2010 or so...."

I had a nice picture out of the suite window of the Bank of America building and Bobcat Arena, but somehow it didn't get saved.
