Clawful VS Tri-Klops

Well I'm saving up for another 15" statue, but I'm not sure who to get. so intead of heads or tails, I'm asking the org. what do you guys think?

I haven't got Tri Klops yet but I certainly will as he looks great. My only concern is the height he reaches with that sword.
Clawful is wicked and has a realy Ray Harryhausin vibe about him. Clawful is just a great monster where as TriKlops is just cool.

I haven't helped there at all have I?!

I say Tri-Klops, but mainly because he's always been one of my top three favorite MotU villains.

Skeletor, TrapJaw, and Tri-Klops...it just don't get any better than that.

tri-klops is a more interesting character coz the toons show so much about him
clawful could be a great character too ... i feel sorry for all the huge characters in motu potrayed as a joke ... beastman, whiplash, clawful and ram-man

but sculptwise imo clawful beat triklops by miles. you should look at the tiny shells from clawful back ... there's so much details of scratches
and his scaly skin is so realistic ... the scales are smaller in the joint areas (neck, elbows, knees) and larger on the legs and arms.
the armour below the belt is just like the tail of a lobster

as for tri-klops .... eh .... um ..... just buy the damn clawful already

Both statues are magnifacent pieces and I love them both. If I had to choose, I'd get Clawful. I think they skipped on the detail a bit on Tri-klops or maybe he's just a bit... boring

in comparison.

My vote puts Clawful ahead by 1. I prefer monsters over humans, plus Clawful is just so darn cool lookin.

I only voted for clawful as i havent got tri-klops yet, but very soon.

I have both of them but even though Tri-Klops looks good Clawful looks alot better, meaner and more impressive

I like both of them but i prefer Clawful statue over Triklops

I don’t bother with these 15” statues but since Clawful has a staction if I had to choose one I’d probably go for Triclops

I have both next to each other and i stared long and hard for this answer: i would pick Clawful 1st. Both are totally awsome but i think clawful is a better sculpt.

Almost everybody who wrote a post here would go for Clawful - so how come Tri-Klops is doing so good in the poll? I'd expect those voters to comment their choice as well.

I voted for Clawful. I've received Tri-Klops about two weeks ago. I like him but the more I look at him the more lame he appears. Whereas Clawful who's been sitting on my shelf for over a year is damn good looking and I like him more an more.

My friends crack up about the exhaust fumes coming from the little robot (how where they called again?). They say it looks like a pile of poop... I also don't like the metal like shimmer of his armor - the green is a little to light. So the only reason for getting Tri-Klops pretty much was the completness drive in me - and the Grayskull door I'm desperately waiting for.

both are awesome sculpts. clawful is flawless, huge and mean. tri-klops looks surprisingly sinister with his yellow teeth battle stance. the only part i didn't like on tri-klops is the smoke from the doom seeker. i don't know if it's supposed to be exhaust or smoke caused by being damaged, but it would have been better off with a clear support post or thin wire post.

i voted for clawful only because TRAP-JAW isn't available yet.

Here are the 3 reasons I think Tri-Clops would win:
1) He can fight at range as well as melee
2) He has superior intelect and a better fighting style (if you ask me)
3) He has machine slaves (even if this is one on one, take the first two into account)

you really seemed to put a fair amount of thought into this...

on another note, i got my ap triklops statue in the mail today. very nice. makes me want the other ones...i didnt think too much about them before but having one now i can see why people seemed to like them so much.

yeah once you get one it's hard to resist...just an update -I STILL haven't gotten either (god daughter AND niece are both graduating so I have to give them some $$ first- but I'm leaning SLIGHTLY towards clawful because of the size.
