The 4 Horsemen did an incredible job with him, he was one tough character to redesign and they past with an A+ in my book.

I think he's great. I love how they made him more of a bionic sheriff. Replacing the arm with a weapon just adds to the excellent design of the figure.

No, I don't like it at all....I LOVE it! Rio and Snout Spout (the underdogs of MOTU) were always some of my favorites as a kid and now the 4HM have made them even cooler.

I think he's a great update to the classic figure. I love it, and can't wait for wave 5 to get here!!
Looks great to me! I didn't even know who Rio-Blast was until I'd seen MOTU fans talking about lame characters from the Classic line they would enjoy seeing revamped. 4H, as usual, did a great job! And I'm digging the Tom of Finland/Village People vibe he is throwing out there! Fisto, Rio-Blast and Man-at-Arms...Mustaches united!

He didn't blow my mind like good ol' Snout Spout did, but I do like him more than I liked Clamp Champ (who I also liked, but nothing all that special). I'd say I'm pretty happy with how he turned out.

Sadly, I never had one as a child. At that point, my interest in MOTU was dying fast, and if I was begging for a toy from the store it ended up being a TransformerStill, I love the redesign and will definitely pick it up and proudly display it. He looks like one bad mofo, especially now that it looks like he's wearing armor instead of tights.
I'm not blown away by him, but yeah, he's alright. I'd have preffered the eye visor to have been removable rather than the cyborg skull plate it seems to be.
'All guns a'blazin' might have been nice too, but overall he looks much tidier as he is. Yeah he's alright. I think the cyborg'ness will grow on me as time goes on.
What next? It seems every month lately there is something..

Rioblast is fabulous! It is wonderful to see a figure that was once pretty cheesy step out of the cheese and into coolness.

I think he's looking GREAT! Rio was actually VERY high on my wish-list (I'm all about the lost sheep, for those of you who haven't figured that out..),and I've gotta say, I'm NOT disappointed!
A good hard look at the pics leads me to believe that it might not even be *that* hard to restore his gimmicks while I'm articulating him, which is VERY cool.
I'm now officially THRILLED that the toy-line died, even at twice the price, the Stactions are the most beautiful phoenix that could of risen from the MOTU 200X ashes....

I like it alot. I also dig how they kinda blended the Law Man star/badge away but still kinda there. The gun hand was expected. I am glad there is no visable guns from the thighs. He does really look like Man-at-Arms' brother.

He looks absolutely amazing. This is what I love about MOTU. It's not just He-Man and Skeletor... it's all these odd characters that make it worth coming back to time and time again. I wish the cartoon had continued because can you picture him in action? Total bad-ass... MYP should have brought him in for that whole MOTU Vs The Snakemen thing...

Looks good for what he is but just like Clamp Champ I won't be spending my money on him.
He looks fantastic. I just would have taken Count Marzo, Moss Man, Evil Seed, Dragstor, Spikor, Catra, Shadoweaver, Scorpia, Mosquitor, Horde Trooper, Modulok, Extendar, Faceless One or Faker over him.
There's probably a dozen more, but I can't type right now, as I burnt my hand.
Nope, I liked the double hidden guns. The fig is nice, just dont like the arm.

I really dig the robotic look they gave...very cool!
