    OOZOR Work In Progress

I will post my work in progress her from now on to make it more accessable to those interested.
I will update the image in this first post as the project progresses, but will leave progress pics wherever I post them in the thread below.
Here's where things stand right now and the final concept image from OOZOR's creator Sllohcin.

    Here is OOZOR's back story:
OOZOR: Evil Slime Monster of the Slime Pit
"Many poor souls have fallen victim to the vile Hordak and his treacherous Slime Pit but none were so unfortunate to have suffered the fate of Oozor. During a battle with He-Man and his fellow Heroic Warriors, Hordak and his Evil Horde had forgotten about their 'slimed' prey and he was left unattended within the grasp of the Slime Pit for countless hours. Upon his return, Hordak, accompanied by his grim minions of evil, discovered that instead of perishing, this new Slime Monster had not only survived the horrendous effects of prolonged exposure to the foul slime but he was forever drained of his will and that the slime had unnaturally fused with his body. With his strength greatly augmented by the Slime Pit's slime, this evil abomination will prove to be a great threat to the Heroic Warriors of Eternia."

I didn't get a chance to participate in the poll, but I would have voted Oozor for sure. I think his origin is just a great throw back to the origins of the characters in the original line. I could just picture him in my head front and center on a toy rack when I was a kid.

The evolution of OOZOR. Alternate versions of him done by .org Artists.

These various versions were done by Sllohcin, Baena, Buffulo-Bill-Man, and myself.

So far I like what I'm seeing. I particularly like just how close it is to Silohcin's design it's looking.

Looking forward to seeing how this progresses.

The shoulder harness, man! Don't forget the shoulder harness!!

Seriously, I don't know why but I love that particular bit of armour. It helps to show he was once a mortal man, I guess.. Anyway, I can't wait to see your take on Oozor's head, Royalt1us! And it's only gonna look even better when cast in semi-translucent plastic. Wheeeeeeeeee!!!

Oozor is an outstanding fan creation. I really like the concept behind him, and it's very cool to see so many different styles of him in this thread (one for Filmation, one for MYP, several others, etc...)

Your work in progress is awesome, Royalt1us!

    Looking Great Tom.
Everytime I look at this my jaw drops. I can fully see the 4HM stylings in there and that bloated back of his is something else.
Seeing him cast in the clear green plastic is going to make this great sculpt all the more impressive too.

    Really Really Nice.

Oozor is looking amazing. I like the huge proportions of his body, makes him look like a true mosnter.
