I do believe you're thinking of Kim "Slackbot" McFarland. Possibly the one person on the boards who's more of a Dree Elle fan than I am! I haven't seen her on the boards in a while, shame cause I always love her work.

That's who I'm thinking of, alright! I love the expression in the fingers of the full bodied shot. Can Slackbot be an entry even if she isn't here?

Dunno. There are no rules for that kind of situations. Is that in line with good manners? Can art be a part of challenge even if artist doesn't know it?

My Dre is the thicker one. She has same action feature like 80'Orko.

hi everyone, this is the first time i've ever posted my art here.

my version of dree-elle has just a few modifications--i swapped the colors around a bit, making her gown lighter than her hood rather than vice versa, and added some gold trim on her cuffs. overall, i guess it's a bit more filmation than 200x (i haven't actually seen the 200x version though--does anyone have a pic?). I'd love to hear what everyone thinks.

Bootleg: I love it! Her silhouette is my favorite so far--she's feminine and slender, yet doesn't appear to be elongated. It's very natural. The hard shadow from behind her veil is a nice touch too!

osgood: thank you! i was trying to find a middle ground between the child-like filmation trollans and the elongated elfin-looking 200x orko. i'm glad you liked the result.

thank you so much bootleg but i would DEFINATELY not say outdone. i totally love your dree-elle i think she is amazing.

i am totally loving this re-design challenge so far, so much so that i had to create a custom figure of my dree-elle to add to my collection. i would love to enter her in this poll but i guess she belongs more in the custom figures forum. so instead i just thought i would post this link just to share her. http://www.he-man.org/forums/boards/...=1#post1716893 i hope you like her.

your custom of dree-elle looks great--you did a fantastic job of bringing your version to life. in particular, the hood/bonnet and braid look great.

You got my vote Bootleg, for me, I went with what I liked in the cut of her dress, and Bootleg's was fun, and for me was a good fit for the character.
