    Cool, thanks for the info!

Have they said what other figures will be in that wave? I guess the new Joker figure is one of them, but who else?

    Got Booster and Beetle today!

I got lucky, my Booster is one of the ones with a removable Skeets (some of the earlier ones were glued in).

    NOW BRING ME THE LEGION!

Good find!!! I'm still waiting on Flash, Booster with opening Skeets, and Blue Beetle. Last couple times I have seen DCUC at WM by me its been the Kaliback wave-or I get there too lateand just have the repacked figures with the stands-but no Flash.

So I'm not the only one having a hard time trying to pick up a Flash.
Target, ToyRus, and Walmart....my hunt ends up being the same every trip...NO Flash..

Yeah, my local Wal-Mart restocked the Kalibak wave, and the Captain Marvel doesn't even come with the CnC piece!

it's the "World's Greatest" reissue with the stand!

as for Beetle and Booster, my Booster is the MA one without the collar, which includes the opening Skeets (with Mister Mind inside).

great figure. I've been wanting THIS version of Booster since DCD's "52" wave (where it was promised), but instead they gave us a 'classic' Booster, due to fan demand, despite him never having worn that costume in the ENTIRE story.

DCD then did a "Justice League International" line, and instead of correcting their mistake, they did ANOTHER classic Booster. So, this figure is vindication. That it blows both of DCD's efforts out of the water is just icing on the cake.

Ya..I saw that Flas figure the same day I came accross Aquaman and Kid Flash-I could only get two so I had to get the ones with the C&C pieces.

That Captain Marvel with the stand should be with the first case assortments of wave 7. I saw all him and a few other refresher figures with the stands when i got all of the other figures for wave 7.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is this "World's Greatest" wave with stands? I haven't heard of it before.

I was told by a friend that Kid Flash is actually smaller than Robin. Is that true or could he have confused Robin with Nightwing?

I love that we're getting groups as well, though I'm mostly interested in Teen Titans and New Gods, and particularly ones that weren't in Super Powers (though why do they make me wait so long for Steppenwolf?). I also wish they could do Zod, Ursa, and Non, but I really dislike their comic book costumes so I don't know how that's gonna work.

Its figures that were released before. But instead of the C&C parts they came with before they come with the clear blue Mattel stands. So far I have seen

    Green Lanter,
    Wonder Woman
    Firestorm
    Captain Marvel
all with the stands. And from wave 7 on one figure in each wave will come with a stand and not a C&C part.

The kid flash is the same size as the Robin from theDCUC wave...but is smaller than the Robin that was in the DCSH line. I just lined them up..I will take pics later an show you..I'm running out the door now.

it's also shipping with wave 6.

my local Wal-mart put out a whole new case (or two), and it's all wave 6. They weren't there last week. And it would stand to reason that if it were a mix of 6 and 7, that the Batman would be on the pegs too, and it wasn't.

or that there would be some C&C Captain Marvels on the shelf amongst the WF ones.

we'll hafta agree to disagree on the LOD/SSoSV, but I won't begrudge you what you wish to call it. LOD reminds me of the Wrestling Tag Team of the same name.

and I can confirm that Kid Flash is the same height as Robin, but both are smaller than Nightwing.

Don't count out Ursa, Zod, and Non just yet. There are many who hope for a Superman wave of Movie Masters, and we might just get our wish! But I'd rather they be the Movie Masters, not DCUC.

I FINALLY got a Captain Atom, but it's the gold one. Still looking for a silver one. I also picked up Captain Cold, Orion/Lightray, and Movie Masters Dark Knight Batman, and Joker. All I need for Wave 4 is Silver Captain Atom and Batman Beyond.
    WANTED: Comic From SDCC Vykron!
    Mini Comic want list:
    Terror Claws Strike
    Skeletor's Journey
And any and all PoP mini's.

Oh man. KB Toys had Captain Atoms GALORE (both versions) before they went out of business. And it seemed like each store had ONLY golds or ONLY silvers. Wish I'd known about this thread before it went out of business.

Thanks for the confirmations about Kid Flash--I really wondered how they could make him smaller than DCUC Robin.

Agreed about the villain names (so glad I never watch wrestling).

RE the Kryptonians, I'd prefer that to a DCUC version of their comic incarnations. Though I do want them to be recognized as part of the general mythology and not just movie entities (like Harley Quinn is accepted--mostly), I have yet to like their appearances in the comics. Zod either looks like he's wearing pajamas, or he's an SS officer, or he's a red darth vader. Faora looked pretty cool though.

I dunno if I'd like them absorbed into the canon, but that's only because I feel that Superman should be the ONLY survivor of Krypton.

I think having a dozen or more other Kryptonians weakens his uniqueness.

I could even tolerate Supergirl and Krypto in the mythology, because that still preserves Superman as "The Last SON".

but when you've got Kandor, and the Phantom Zone Criminals, etc. that just poisons the well, as it were.

of course that's just my opinion. I'm not much for Superman anyway (tho All Star was good).

Not yet, no...it'll be the next DCUC reveal. I'd guess we'll probably hear something in May. Mattel said they probably won't reveal much more until SDCC, but considering Wave 9 will probably be shipping by then, my guess is we will probably know the line-up.

Wave 10 will be the Wal-Mart wave - from what I've read on various boards, it sounds like there's a lot of thought that Joker will be in this wave, as will a new Batman, but that's unconfirmed. Anything else is just speculation, but since it is Wal-Mart's wave, it will probably follow the pattern of Wave 5 and have characters that don't require much additional new sculpting/articulation beyond new heads.

Oh man, I hope that's not true! Being as lazy and spoiled as I am, I HATE store-exclusive lines because I either have to drive around looking for them, which I don't really have the time or energy to do, or eBay them.

Plus, the last Walmart wave was fairly boring at best and stupid and lazy at worst. Full-sized Atom... WITHOUT little Atom?! Riddler with question marks JUST on his torso?! The saving grace was Metallo who was AWWWWWWWWWESOME! Almost worth the price of the other lame-os you had to buy to get him.

But The Joker looks (to me anyway) like an almost new sculpt. I can't imagine them putting him in a cheapie store exclusive set. Most of those were just the basic bodies with new heads. Well... all, not most. Knowing how they like to establish connections among the different characters in each wave, here's my wish list/speculation for whichever wave The Joker is in:
    1. The Joker
    2. Batwoman (Kate Kane) and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon). I said "and" not "or" because their costumes are nearly identical so they could easily make this the 50/50 variant. Plus I love both characters and the old Barbara Batgirl just isn't as nicely made as the more recent figures, so I'd like to see her redone.
    3. "Classic" **** Grayson Robin done in the Kid Flash scale. Connected to both the Bat Fam and another original Teen Titan to add to that group.
    4. Alan Scott Green Lantern- Another JSAer AND he lived in Gotham City, so a slight connection to the Bat characters.
    5. Another New God... maybe Steppenwolf. I think he's the last of the Super Powers New Gods left to be made.
    6. Martian Manhunter, the last of the original JLAers unmade. Also, could be another variant, classic costume/more recent costume or even upcoming Black Lantern version.
    7. Guy Gardner, connected to J'Onn thru JLI, another addition to the JLI AND connected to Alan Scott thru the whole GL thing.

I dunno, I'd love this assortment, but then again, I'm biased.

My nearby KB had mountains of Captain Atoms but I had no spendable cash on hand. When I returned to clean house, all that was left was a Maskless Deathstroke, Green Lantern, and classic Sinestro, which I bought at 75% off.

Unfortunately, it looks like there might be not one, but two, store exclusive waves this year...Wave 10, and then Mattel hinted there might be a Wave 12 store-exclusive at a different retailer (which I imagine would be at Target), but that's unconfirmed.

Actually, Joker's not entirely new - the 4H designed his body to be Gentleman Ghost's as well, so it's just clever use of a new head sculpt and some tweaking. I'd hope Joker wouldn't be relegated to Wal-Mart only, but I could see it happening.

Steppenwolf is rumored to be upcoming in Wave 11, if the listings in Wal-Mart's computer from a few months back is real (and it probably is, because it listed fourteen figures and seven of them were confirmed as Wave 9, and the Question has already been confirmed by Mattel for Wave 11.) Just for the record, if the computer records are true, Wave 11 is GL John Stewart, Katma Tui, The Question, Deadman, Forager, Steppenwolf and the Shark, but again - that's unconfirmed.

And there's still Desaad to be made from the SP New Gods.

Martian Manhunter has also been confirmed to be coming, but that's all they've said so far.

I do like your other choices, though, especially a classic Robin & Guy Gardner!

I was finaly able to finish off wave 7, beetle, Booster and Aquaman were a pain to find. Wonderboy, if you are still looking for Cap Atom, I may be able to help. I saw him at a few Targets near me. I'll post again in a few days if/when I find him.

    oh, I know.

and the Joker isn't a completely new sculpt.

it's almost a complete reuse of the Gentleman Ghost sculpt.

Hmmm. Good info! I've been waiting for John Stewart, so glad to see him coming. The rest sound good too, with Katma Tui being the most surprising choice. And yup, I forgot about DeSaad.

That makes me wonder... the Four Horsemen are unabashed fans of the Super Powers Collection and they've said that they keep a photo of the line in their studio and check them off as they incorporate them into DCUC. So... what about Golden Pharaoh and Cyclotron? Who do they even belong to? DC? Kenner... which no longer exists? Does that mean the rights then went to Hasbro? I'm not chomping at the bit for either, but it would be interesting if they were able to replicate each SP figure in the DCUC line.
