I was absolutely sure that the torso at least was a brand new sculpt,
since it doesn't have a navel and CLEARLY doesn't have nippels (which the MOTUC torso has).
Can you imagine the uproar, if Mattel released a Miller Batman with not just nippels but a NAVEL as well?
The internet wouldn't just break in half due to fan rage, it would shatter.

I personally won't be picking up this Batman. I never liked Miller's Psycho Batman.
The only Batman work of his that I like is Year One, everything else is either meh (DKR) or a massive URGH (DKSA/All-star Batman).

Does anyone know when we will find out if the Young Justice 2 pack is a go or not. Even though it is pricey I really want that Superboy and Miss Martian 2 pack. I love the show and would like to complete the main team.

They just extended the pre-order window - to 8/31, I think. So I would expect some kind of official announcement right after Labor Day.

That's really cool! I do want that Red Robin. I'm jealous of your Stephanie Brown Batgirl, SCB! I could never find one and now the prices are really, really high!

While on vacation, though, I did pick up a few DC Direct figures. At a toy show I found a Batman Reborn: Two Face MOC for $12! I was very excited about that! I also grabbed a few DC direct figures (1st appearance Riddler, Elseworlds Finest Batgirl, and Mask of Tengu Batman at a comic shop for some really low prices.

I got my Mirror Master yesterday and his lower legs are a different color from his upper legs. I'm getting really sick of that.

Well I got a notice from Entertainment Earth that the YJ solar suit Superboy just got canceled. Anyone hear word on the Superboy/Miss Martian two pack on matty?

Seeing as how the thing was not even halfway up the thermometer on Friday morning, I doubt it made it.

The sale page still being up I can see as a reliable indicator at least of their current need for sales. The thermometer by itself still seems pretty useless though.

The pre-order period was extended to 8/31 but even with the extension we didn’t hit the target so we won’t be going forward with producing the 2-pack. If you pre-ordered, look for your credit card refund in the next 7 business days.

This doesn’t mean the end of our beloved Young Justice characters! We did hear from many fans that they’d love to see these characters in other lines (like DCU 6” in comic-book style). We don’t have anything to announce right now, but we’re always looking to make the best product possible and deliver what fans want!

I do agree. But then, obviously 135% in sales means nothing either to them. I don't think Mattel will be happy unless each person buys 10 subscriptions a piece to each line.

The New 52 Batgirl bust just arrived at my house today from BBTS. Really nice bust of Babs in her New 52 costume.

Just got my charge and notice that Arkham City wave 3 is in stock at BBTS and should be on its way to me!

Same here, though I just need Superboy Prime.

My Black Mask should (hopefully) be arriving today, and I also got the BBTS notification about Arkham Wave 3. I keep hoping we'll hear something about a Wave 4...I read a rumor on the Fwoosh that it might be another version of Batman, Gordon, Talia, Two-Face and Hugo Strange, but that's unsubstantiated as of now. (Though I'd love it to be true.)

Hopefully we'll get news on both Arkham and DC at NYCC in a few weeks.

Argh, stupid Mattel, making me think this way.

I never realized how many characters had been released until I packed them all up for when I move in 2 months.
