DC Universe Classics Figure Frustration

I managed to find Hawkman, Killer Moth, and a red & blue Supes yesterday. Someone hid Superman on the bottom shelf.

If ya see the wavering..always stick around if you wanting the figure they have. Most of the time they will put it down.

Just got all of wave 6 with the exception of red and blue Superman (he was sold out). These figures are amazing. Especially Hawkman!! This line is shaping up to be the best action figure line out there right now.

I just hope the quality improves. So far I didn't have any issues with this set, but I have to admit I did inspect every one carefully in the package before I bought them. I think that's a little ridiculous to have to do that.

I really hope that now that my Wal-mart has started to carry them that they will get the exclusive Wally assortment in. It's the only wave I'm missing besides Black Manta, Modern Firestorm, and Classic Aquaman.

Can't wait for Green Arrow and Black Canary!!!

Damn - Just read on Fwoosh that the 1st half of wave 7 has been found at California Wal-Marts. The first assortment contains:

The Flash
Kid Flash
Captain Cold
Big Barda
Big Barda (helmetless variant)
Batman refresh
Green Lantern refresh

Yay - Now I'm 2 and a half waves behind on this line!

(At least I have Wave 7 pre-ordered)

Guess it'll be a few weeks until we get Booster Gold(both versions), Blue Beetle & Ocean Camo Aquaman (Plus the other 2 refreshes-I think it's supposed to be Wonder Woman & Shazam, but I'm not positive. Thought I read somewhere that Robin was also getting a re-issue)

Thanks illicitjedi!!!!!! Love these...a couple have screwed up joints, but better than nothin I say. I'm gonna try callin Mattel an see what they tell me. Will update later with thier answere.

I'm waiting on my CSC shipment too - and I only ordered Hawkman, Killer Moth, and Mr. Miracle - none of the figures that were affected by Mattel's incompetent distributing blunders.

Entertainment earth has pre-orders for Terry Batman and Cyborg vairant. I guess they ordered a bunch of those character specific cases matty was talking about!

ugh.. just missed a new case at my wal*mart. only mr. miracle was left (and i could see why he was left... lots of red bleed on his stomach).

I saw a posting on a message board that had detailed directions on how to get Wave 5 in your Wal*Mart. I just did a search, and can't find it now. You needed some pertinent information, like SKUs, Assortment number, etc.

well, I had the same problem with my sinestro.

just heat up the joint and it'll pop right back on over the rivet, no problem.

What, put the arm in hot water? And then try an pop it back on the pin?

Yup.

the arm is made of a soft plastic, it'll soften up a bit, you can loop it back on the pin, then run it under cold water and it'll firm back up, no sweat.

You can also use a blowdryer if you don't want to get the figure wet. Although I pop the elbow joint back on my DC Direct Superman all the time without the water/blowdryer solution; you just need pretty strong fingers. Maybe if I tried the W/B solution it wouldn't keep popping out.

I've got a deal going on 2 of the 3 figures from wave 5 I want.

but that's provided I can find a Captain Marvel and Killer Moth.

they have all of that wave at a toystore near me... they are just expensive which is a downer. I think they have all the waves actualy
