They are the guys who created the New MOTU figures and stactions. Thanks to them we got the relaunch.

Oh, so what we Muppet fans call "busts" that Sideshow put out of the Muppet figures.

So are the Four Horsemen behind the new cartoon, too? (which I'm not into---just classic for me, thank you) Or did they only do the figures and "stactions"?

No they only handle the figures, busts, stactions and statues.
The cartoon is a totally different thing but it is based on the 4 horsemen's designs though.

This wouldn't even be a fight. As soon as Buzz-Off flys close enough Clawful would clip his wings with his big claw and then knock him out cold and chew on his head.

Sorry, nothin' wrong whit ol'Buzzy, but simply he's not strong enough, Clawful is one of the stronghest of the bunch (only Beastman and Whiplash are stroghest) plus he's covered whit a natural body armor Buzz-off can't break.
Buzzy could fly and fire his sting on Clawful (in vain) but if he dares to get too close it would be over for him.
