post a pic of the sword and ill tell you where its from.
I've got two (formerly three) complete sets of figures, complete with all of the main variants (reversed colour scheme Stratos, claw / regular Evil Warriors legs Clawful, flat / round back Two Bad, boots and lever variation Mantenna, red neck Rattlor, original / hard head rerelease Faker, various hard-head releases etc.). Only the likes of black Grizzlor and half boots / purple trunks Skeletor, and a couple more hard-heads to acquire before I start going after the more obscure foreign variants.
But anyway... one variant I've seen very occasionally over the years, but have never been 100% certain of its background, is the silver Power Sword. I'm not talking the standard grey colour, I mean actual metallic silver. As far as I can tell (though I may be off), it came with a few Battle Armor He-Mans.
I've heard of / seen it occasionally (though not for a while now), but mostly on ebay, where as we all know the listnings aren't always accurate. I'd like to track one down for my variants collection, but am having a job as I don't know for definate of its status.
As I say, I know my variants, but have never been able to get definative info on this silver sword. Does anyone know of it's background, and if it did come with Battle Armor He-Man (or is it even a custom - though I've seen enough to think that it's not).

well i ask about pix because i could give you concrete anwer then. most BA's came with a pearlized grey acc.
I think the silver one and pearlized gray you guys mentioned are the same thing. Yes, Battle Armor He-Man did come with a silver Sword Of Power. At least the two that I had did. I actually thought they all came with them. Oh, I'm from the US so those are where mine came from.

well there are silver swords i know of that comes with rotoplast and a very silverish one that come with TT. but i figure the pearlized one is what being spoke of.
actually, this is a little off-topic, but I got a gold one in a lot once... it looks exactly like Thunder Punch He-Man's sword, except it's SOLID... in other words, it's a complete sword, not a half sword, like all the He-Man swords normally are.
Does anyone know where THAT would have come from? It's not flimsy, it's definitely of the same quality and material that standard U.S./Euro MOTU weapons are.

The silver sword and ax, metalic looking (darker grey than original He-Man) are from Battle Armor He-man MEXICO ("U.S.Pat.Pend.Mexico")...as for most other figures marked Mexico, the accessories are marked "U.S.A."
Pearlized gray sword and ax (lighter gray than original He-Man) are from TAIWAN Battle Armor He-Man, which is the most common.
Mexico B.A. He-man can be recognized from photos because of yellowish belt unlike Taiwan B.A. He-Man who has reddish-orange belt.
There are two variants of Mexico Battle Armor He-Man, soft head and hard rubber head. The first one you can recognized on photos because his face isn't shiny, while the one with hard rubber head has very shiny head/face.
