Can you tell us country marks from both figures? They seems Spanish/French???
Also if the head pin is missing then the head is softer (easier to squeeze out the air)....

Is there visible place on the back where county mark was removed from the mold? Like in this Italian Battle Armor He-Man (in the middle)

I would really want to have one He-Man variant like those two.

Anyway I think they are probably some of these two variants (if not both, since you say they are different)

FRENCH from 6 Back Card 1983

or maybe some of the earlier Spanish variants

Hmm, the one in the middle clearly originally had 'France' on the back, the little blips sticking through on the end of the blob proves that.

That is characteristic of ALL Italian figures (except Laser Power He-Man and Laser Light Skeletor) which aren't molded from of Hong Kong molds ( in case when they reused HK molds, mostly there is no country marks so they had nothing to remove). In Italian Blade and Saurod you can see parts of "MEXICO" letters which were in the same way scraped of the mold.. in BA He-Man you can se they reused French mold....

Yeah, It could be early Spanish He-Man because first MOTU figures in Spain were produced by Congost, and they didn't put country marks on Congost figures.

Yes, good point Boban. I have a Congost Merman and that does not have any COO marking.
