Yeah, they were unable to continue the encyclopdia after the 1st issue, can't remember the exact reasoning but I think Mattel put a stop to it.

Yeah. That was when Mattel started getting really strict when it came to whatever went into the MOTU comics. While that was not my favorite era for MOTU by far, the comics were good. It's a real shame Mattel didn't let them go on when they knew the end was near for the toon & toyline.

I Figured it was because Lion O was a cat and is in predator/stalking position

I figured it was because Lion O was a ***** and if he got all up in He-mans face, He-man would have made himself one of those fancy Vikor capes...

Yes you do, you've just used a double negative!

Yeah, someone pointed me to that conversation - I was a little gutted to read that people thought Ed McGuinness was somehow favoring He-Man over Lion-O...

It's a classic comic book style composition - One character stands aloft, and the other is crouched read to leap into battle - If you ask me Lion-O has the cooler pose!

You said you can't get one from the .org because of the high shipping. But seeing as this cereal:geek was printed in the USA, wouldn't getting one from another source cost the same high shipping?

I doubt a special con issue would ever get a 2nd print. I just accepted the cost as a one-off and bought it from the Org.

For those of you still interested, the remaining inventory of the PowerCon Cereal:Geek exclusive magazine is now on sale on Ebay. Look for them being sold by the user power-con

I've ordered my copy. Still waiting for it to turn up in the post. Need to have a chat with the seller as I should have got it by now.
