1: An episode of ALF where Brian, the son, was dealing with bullies, and after both his parents Willie and Kate physically threw the bully's jerk off dad out of the house, Alf called both Willie and Kate, "He-Man and She-Ra, Masters of the Neighborhood".

2: A Simpsons episode where Homer mentioned Skeletor and Bart asked Lias, "Who the hell is Skeletor?!"

3: A Doctor Who episode where David Tennent was making a Skeletor comparison.

4: Sally Jesse Raphael being called, "Skeletor with glasses".

5: The birthday kids in Ghost Busters 2.

And with that pile of toys seen on the bed of the kid's 'guest room' in Flight of the Navigator, I would not be surprised if there was a Masters figure or two in there.

I the most recent episode of 30 Rock I've seen they dump a skeletor in a deep fat fryer (to prove that the character is growing up and moving on).
It's actually a Classics Skeletor, so obviously not the one he had as a child.

One of the best scenes in the movie for us MOTU fans, i saw this movie 22 years ago on my 8th birthday and saw it 3 times in theaters and had some stuff like the soundtrack, kids book, coloring books and some of the toys from the movie.

But the biggest surprise for me was when they talked He-Man in the beginning, i thought his popularity ended by 88 and the script was written in 87 as they should have changed it to Ninja Turtles by 88 when filming. Oh yes i forgot He-Man was still around but in New Adventures of He-Man at the time, but it was a cute reference wasn't it folks?

don't forget "I thought it was gonna be He-Man" and the kids were expecting him.

I wondered if anyone had a real life He-Man themed birthday party with a guy dressed as He-Man or just He-Man themed?

Ghostbusters 2 is indeed a great but very underrated movie i should say and it is inferior to the original masterpiece but i thought it was a great sequel in it's own right despite having the stupid 2 finger logo in the movie, on the car and uniforms which is just plain dumb when it should be on the poster instead.

yeah i love GB's 2 - i actually watch it more than the first one ... as far as movies go, it was a great sequel ...

i'm a big GB's fan and i collect all the mattel movie-masters - i hope they don't ruin it all by finally making GB's 3, because i think that will be an awful movie ...

In the Jackie chan movie, Police Story (AKA Police Force) in the Malll there is a mattel display, if you look closely you will see some MOTU toys, heck a Talon Fighter box even falls on the head of the bad guy!

and the upcoming Green Lantern movie has a reference as well.

He-Man and She-Ra has been mentioned several times on all the cool, fun Nickelodeon gameshows back in the day. Here's a He-Man and She-Ra related clue on Finder's Keepers @ the 8:20 mark...

I'll post some He-Man/She-Ra Double Dare questions and mentions when I dig them up as well. I've been watching a lot of these episodes on youtube via my blu-ray played lately.

He-Man vs Skeletor rap parody in CKY4

I found this tidbit on wikipedia;

In 2002, Brandon DiCamillo and CKY drummer Jess Margera wrote a rap about Masters Of The Universe characters Skeletor and Beast Man engaging in extreme homosexual behavior, called Skeletor vs Beastman. Mattel, owners of the Masters Of The Universe franchise, heard about the rap, and were displeased. Margera was sent a cease-and-desist order, and subsequent editions of the DVD (the last two of the four editions released) have replaced this video with skateboarding footage.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, or maybe just isn't that interesting but I was just watching The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and at around the 6 minute mark, Moss Man makes an appearance at the radio station on the desk.
I'd never noticed it before and found it an amusing little cameo.
