    You guys just may be right.

    I'll bring it up with the other mods and the one who merged it and see if there's a better place for it.

    I know. I saw it. Great stuff. If only Sony could get Neill Blomkamp to direct a MOTU film....

    Very very cool. Brought a smile to my face. I suppose since it is a Sony film, Sony had some type of influence over that scene.
    If Jack Bauer was on Lost, everything would have been solved in 24 hours!

    If Jack Bauer was on Heroes, he wouldn't need to save the cheerleader to save the world.

    I thought it was also awesome that Yolandi and Ninja from Die Antwoord seem to be main(ish) characters... pretty cool...
    Man lives in the sunlit world of what he believes to be reality.
    But...there is, unseen by most, an underworld, a place that is just as real,
    but not as brightly lit... a DARKSIDE.

    I don't care, its Neill Blomkamp. He can make a film about daily life at a florist interesting and unique.

    She-Ra Referenced on TMZ

    I was watching TMZ tonight and they had a story on Lumbersexuals (guys making themselves look like lumberjacks). Anyway, they commented how the one guy at TMZ got a gold tooth and they were asking if it made the alarms go off at air port security. The blonde woman said that's why they make you take off your belts. They were teasing her about it a bit and she said:

    "I don't have solid gold belts. I'm not She-Ra!"

    Not a big mention, but I thought it was cool.

    TMZ is not exactly the place I like to know that She-Ra gets mentioned
    Here's how to end the line:
    2015 200x Mini-Sub: Evilseed, Calix, Prahvus, Horde Wraith, Miro, Veena, Hawke

    2016 line: LordMasque, Vultak, Granita, Despara, Dylamug, Hunga, General Sunder,Tuskador, Crita, Lodar, Quakke, Darius

    Quarterly items: Sagitar, Stridor, Night Stalker

    Undercurrents of culture: Finding He-Man in unexpected places

    For quite a while now He-Man has been showing up in unexpected places. It is not just that recent Honda commercial or SNL skit. There are signs that He-Man is deeply imbedded in the public consciousness hiding just on the fringes of what is hot.

    A number of high schools have been renaming their "powder puff" games into "He-Man" rallies. It must be our generation who became teachers and coaches who are now pushing the He-Man name out there.

    High School Sports

    Neighborhood watch

    Huge street Poster in Brazil

    Snow Castle Grayskull

    He-Man meeting then Vice-president Bush in 1985

    I would like to keep this thread somewhat updated. If you see an unexpected He-Man post it here.

    He-Man just got plugged on MTV. Take a look.

    Live action Bollywood version of He-Man from 1989.

    In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan,
    Earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone;
    Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow,
    In the bleak midwinter, long ago...
    ...a stable place sufficed.

    What can I give Him, poor as I am?
    If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb;
    If I were a Wise Man, I would do my part;
    Yet what can I give Him?....[I can] give my heart.
