Many here are too young to remember the original series. To those I say -- Get the original series on NetFlix, Hulu or wherever. Watch the first three episodes and, trust me, you'll be wonderfully hooked on what was one the greatest dramatic series of all times. Compelling characters, serpentine story lines, heroes to cheer for, villains to hiss at and -- hardly unimportant -- Victoria Principal being forever easy on the eyes. Television doesn't get much better.

As for Hagman, I always thought he was the greatest TV villain of all time -- a complex character and a rapscallion villain ya just loved to hate, not to mention a consummate actor.

    I miss him...a lot.

Hey, if you want to wallow in the negative, go nuts. Sure, things aren’t absolutely perfect, and people passionate about a property can get all keyed up about things. But I don’t collect toys to be miserable. So I’d rather think about the things that do excite me
