    MYP inspired sculpts (I wish)

Does any one else think it would have been awesome to get figures sculpted to look like the MYP series?

Mcfarlane did these which would be close to what I think they should have been

    What are your thoughts?

Yes, I love that type of look. Probably why I really liked the King Hsss figure from 200X. It had a more cartoonish feel to it.

I can't believe no-one else has any thought's on this! Especially with the MYP DVD's seemingly selling well.

TheShadow, What do you think the chances are of Mattel allowing 12 or so different figures, in this style, to be produced for TWO loyal fans? Low production runs, I'd buy 2 of each Come on Mattel, how can you lose?!

I picked up a Raven Spawn figure to customise, but I'm not sure who to turn him into...

This one? if so, I've been meaning to turn mine into Skeletor. I'm just timid to start because I think the paint job should show alot of the detail and I can't free-hand paint well enough.

Id snap these up in an instant. The MYP designs are clearly well based off the 4HM designs, but its the animated style that would make these. Ive always wanted cartoon inspired figures, especially filmation ones. These could be a hit too, something really different. I mean, look at the TF animated figures, theyre awesome and a real departure from the traditional line!

I guess I fall into the minority, but I don't care for "Animated" style figures. To me, figures based on the MYP cartoon would pale compared to the 200x. I just don't see the desire for less detail.

Yeah GC3, that's the figure I have... I think I'm gonna try turning him into Calix.

I know what you mean but I really like the proportions that MYP give to the characters
