It's a printer proof that has not been cut to trim (so it has the bleed edge),
and quite often is not bound (stapled) either.

Think of it as a type of comic book test-shot.

Just the handful of trades that came out which are listed in the FAQ at the top of this forum.

I finally got my hands on a Museum Edition comic. One down 3 to go (AP Museum edition, Jimmy Jay Preview, and AP Jimmy Jay Preview).
