OK, I don't know the first thing about Vos... I wasn't expecting what I saw in the preview. He comes of as... Maverick (a la Top Gun) - meaning a show off. Is that how he's portrayed elsewhere?

No he's very dark and quiet and struggles with the dark side much like Anakin, maybe more like Wolverine, he's not like most jedi.
Oh and Aayla Secura was his padawan.

So yet yet again they're screwing up an established character, just like they screwed up the Mandalorians. Man, I hate Lucas.

I see it more as the EU screwed them up preemptively...
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

I suppose, but is that really comparable? Most Star Trek episodes had very little on-going continuity; there were more production discontinuities I think like costumes and space ship models than plot inconsistencies. And in either order, most episodes stayed in the same season (apart maybe from the Cage). In Clone Wars however, we've now got a season 3 episode (and several from season 2) that chronologically belong before the season 1 finale. I'm not sure, but did most of Cad Bane's season 2 episodes come after he freed Zero and all the stuff with Boba Fett? The disorder seems considerably more blatant than the Trek sets, and a chronological set would have a noticeably different feel with all the overrunning plot details.

I have seen some, but since I don't own the series on disk doesn't help me much.

I have recently started watching this series, starting with the purchase of the season 1 DVD. After watching it my love for Star Wars is slowly coming back. This series is actually better than the prequel movies.

I echo the comments mentioned in this thread about seeing a series based in the original trilogy. I can't help but to think of how bad ass a Millenium Falcon would look in this animation.

I know it would never happen but I would also like to see Eps 1-6 remade in this animation

    Another Quinlon Vos Clip

Here's another clip with Quinlon Vos. His character here seems a bit more in line with the comics. Maybe he was just being chummy with Obi-Wan because that was the first time they'd seen each other in a while?

Anyway, I quite like that we're seeing more Hutts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=hy2pq0p8TgY

I actually really enjoyed this weeks episode. It was a lot better then I expected, it reminded me of the Droids cartoon. Like seeing the heads of the Hutt clans and the torture droid from ROTJ. The episode chronology threw my again for a second, I was thinking didn't Cad's little droid get blown up in a past episode.
The preview of next weeks episode looks really good but please please don't ruin Quinlon Vos.

Interesting list, thanks for posting, MOTUFan! Wow, Senate Murders and Cat and Mouse aired right next to each other but belong at the extreme ends of the time line. The show is more out of order than I thought. I wonder if I should just stop buying the seasons until they release a full set in the right order.

Well, to be fair, you can watch them in the proper order yourself. Of course, it would mean having to get a DVD out of one box for a single episode, then when that episode’s finished you’ll have to get one out of another box and so on and so on.

And MOTUfan, thanks for the list. I've already copy and pasted it, although I'm sure that with subsequent seasons even that's going to get messed up eventually.

I am pretty sure they will, to date they have released the movie, 2 volume dvd's, some single dvd's with the toys that have a few episodes, season 1, season 2

You can be pretty sure when its all done they will release a set with everything in order and probably new extras (like the preview show which aired one time only on Cartoon Network and had interviews with the cast)

Not to mention the directors cut episodes which appear on Season 1 (not sure if there are any in S2 as I have not finished the Blu-Ray set) and already promised on Season 3 for the edit CN did so far on 1 episode.

So nothing official but they are too out of date not to be able to make extra $$$ by releasing them in order.

Also remember those that list includes the webstrips too. So you need to do reading too, along with a couple of the graphic novels, also not to mention once they incorporate all of the CW novels along with the Micro series eventually as well.

I can't bring myself to watch them, but apparently they're pretty good. They must be from later on, because apparently both Obi-Wan and Anakin have new looks: http://theforce.net/latestnews/story...ion_134872.asp

Those two clips were pretty bad ass, looks like we will see the Republic Commandos during that arc as well.

Just watched this. I've said it before and I'll say it agian. Lucasfilm know how to make amazing trailers that get you all excited! Unfortunately the actual product often fails to deliver IMO.
I hope Savage Opress is not Darth Mauls brother, it just takes some of the mystery away form Maul. Just like with the MOTUC bios not everything and everybody has to be explained and connected. Often the mystery is what adds to the excitement and story.
