Ok, I was at starbucks this morning and they had a trivia question. The question was "In 1946 the first toy commercial was aired on television. What was the toy?"

So for you that want to try and guess, the answer (according to them) was Mr. Potato Head. <----Highlight to see.

I looked around on the interweb, and I can only find that toy appearing in 1950, not 1946. So, is that REALLY the right answer or not?

btw, I would guessed slinky, then it would have been a yo-yo. Everyone at the office guessed lincoln logs.
