Wow, sounds like it was quite an undertaking. I appreciate your help, Val, more than I can put to words here. A million times, THANK YOU. I can't wait to get it. This board is amazing. I've never seen so much support and genuine help for one another like I have here. I'm just blown away. For all that helped those who could not be there, bless you all. YOU have the POWER!!! Hope that wasn't too corny...

    I'm still kinda fried post-SDCC.
I should address all of this by this weekend.

We got King Grayskulls for everyone who paid by the 15th.
We got a small allocation of DVDs, which I'll hopefully offer this weekend on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please, no PMS or e-mails about those before I post.
And we'll offer the free swords around the same time too. Also, no PMs or e-mails on those either.

And yes, we'll add the swords along with the KG figures for those who want them,
    and same for the DVDs.
    etc, etc, etc

    Hey Val,

That is great news about King Grayskull. Thank you. I also hope I am lucky enough to snag one of those DVDs and a sword. Thank you again, for all you have done.

    Take Care,
    Darren
Mattel please, buy the He-Man and She-Ra cartoons from Entertainment Rights. If you owned Both Filmation related "MotU" cartoons, plus "NA" and "MYP" cartoons, you would be able to distribute any or all 4 cartoons to Television in the lead up to another relaunch or a live action movie. Plus, you could include Filmation and "NA" animated characters in "MotU:C"!

    Long Live 'MOTU'!

Glad you were able to get them all! Can't wait to get mine. I don't think anyone here would turn down one of those swords - I'd love one. Thanks for doing this for us fans!

    Uhm, Val or anyone!

I'll be greatly appreciative if any of you guys has extras on those postcards or BCI flyers that y'all just want to get rid off. I'm willing to pay $$$ for them.

No figs or swords for me though. Got 'em off eBay! I do need a DVD if it's possible. Hope i'm not too inconvenient.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there, long-time reader, first-time poster. I'm an Aussie who was planning to go to SDCC but had to cancel at the last minute, and also missed out on the website sales. CURSES!
Is there anyone out there who can help out an old collector with a King Grayskull at cost (ONO), and save me from the horrors of eBay scalping?
I'd be much obliged if there is!
    Many thanks,
    Skell-Skells.

Thank you Val for all the trouble you've gone through for us! The swords are an added surprise! Just to throw it out there...when might the KG figures be shipped out to us? Just curious so I know when to keep an eye on the mail.

    Got the KGs last week.
Expect to get the packing boxes this week.
Hope to pack them starting this weekend.
If all goes well, they'll start shipping August 11th thru 15th, pending any delays from my work (which happens often).

Thanx Val! Right about the time Toy Fair comes out with the Skelly pics! If you get delayed no prob...it's cool to know they're coming anyway.

Hey Val... I was not sure where to post, but I was in on the list
for the 18 DVD's that were available, and have not heard anything
    yet from you.

I was just curious when I needed to pay you for the DVD set.
Please let me know when you get a chance. Thanks.

After everything is packed up this weekend,
I'll be able to send people accurate quotes because I'll have calculated shipping by then.

I'll start sending PMs with totals due after that.

    ---------
    Update:

Adora & her husband packed up all the KG this weekend (minus one... they ran out of packing peanuts and I had to order some more)

Tomorrow I'll go to the post and get some shipping costs and then start shipping them this week.

Thus far, the cost is breaking down as such:
    30.00 - King Grayskull
5.50 - to get from SDCC to KY (it was 5.00, but it cost more than I thought to pack and ship from the convention! )
    2.00 - packing supplies (box & peanuts)
    2.50 - PayPal fees
    ----------
    40.00 subtotal

Per the 47.50 US fans were paying,
and the 63.00 International fans were paying,

that leaves 7.50 to ship in the US
and 23.00 to ship outside of the US

If shipping ends up being more, I will let you all know so you can send me the balance.
And if it's less, I will refund the balance via PayPal if it's more than a 1.00 (I'm going to keep any left over change to partially compensate me for gas and time at the post office)

PM me if you have any questions or concerns.

I guess its too late to get a KG figure without getting scalped on eBay eh? I take a little break from things and they finally make the KG figure I've been wanting only to have it slip through my fingers.

Is there anyone who can still sell one at a reasonable price? Do they plan on making more of them to be available? I REALLY want one... Just the figure. Not the chase statue, but the regular one.

I really wish they would just make enough to cover demand. I really dislike online and con exclusives for this very reason.
Igor: You know, I'll never forget my old dad. When these things would happen to him...the things he'd say to me.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: What did he say?
Igor: "What the hell are you doing in the bathroom all day and night?! Why don't you get out of there and give someone else a chance?!"

If we haven't received a PM at this point Val does that mean you were given enough money to cover everything and that the figure is on its way?
