Yeah but my Mac is set to region 2 and you can only change regions a few times before it locks to one region only.

its ok man,i never really understood why things were set up for different regions like that,

and things like a playstaion where you have to get a system from japan to play games only released there and such, it baffles me. oh well

And that's precisely why I can't buy the DVD's.

Not much of an idea having a piece of plastic that's unreadable is there? No matter how well-packaged it is.

Region Free players are cheap, and then the WHOLE WORLD is opened up to you.

Just went to Best Buy today and found Volume 3! My friend and I both got copies and watched King Grayskull's episode. The mini comic is great too!

Picked up 4 copies (3 for international orgers) of the Best Buy exclusive version today, its marked $24.99 but rings up at $17.99

Cant wait to watch it tomorrow!

Finished the comic, wow was that a much clearer ending to the season then the episode they ended up showing (with Zodak flying off). Leaves a lot of things open-ended and just makes me want another season that much more since you can see where they were headed

The commentary on episodes like Power of Grayskull is just incredible, where they talk about editing the footage we saw of the war down because of time and of course the confirmation we would have seen Hordak in S3.

And of course it looks awesome all packaged in the Best Buy V1 slipcase box! Of course on mine the comic does not fit in it but thats OK because I can now put the extra art cards from BCI (for the S1 error'd disc) inside the comic book holder

I see that Target has their exclusive on sale for $16.99 - any idea if BB will price match for that (rather than $17.99) even though the exclusives are different?

Some Best Buys will but you have to talk to their customer service

I am confused as well because I just looked at the Best Buy ad and it shows for $19.99???

How is it $2 more than what the price was for the last week

The DVD is great!

The Four Horsemen interviews are AWESOME!

That is... Everything I could see of them.

I've not got a scratch on my DVD, I played the interview on both my DVD Player and my DVD rom on my computer, and in the middle of the interview, there's major bad skipping and pixel-refresh problems...

Help BCI guy? Can we get replacement 3rd discs if we've got problems like the above?

Everything else though is the usual GREAT work and wonderful presentations of the shows.

I had the same problem as you, Baena. The only way I could get the documentaries to play correctly was to use the InterActual player that is supplied on the disc.

Nothing specific for Canada. It's very rare that a Canadian chain asks for an exclusive from us - or orders enough of a product to make it worthwhile.

If it was bought in a store, you're better off just exchanging it. If it was the San Diego exclusive, try e-mailing Erin at info@bcieclipse.com and ask her about it.
