And so I walk, into the searing light which banishes all darkness, surrendering my face and form to atoms of dust, seeking the true darkness of peace, the cool shadows of eternity and the unknown fate of nothingness

Funny I just rewatched the movie a few weeks ago myself.
As for characters from the movie making it into the MotUC line I would love the following:
Skeletor
Karg
Saurad
Beast-Man
Evil-Lyn
Teela
Man-At-Arms (I love the more 'army' like versions of both him and Teela)
After I get those as far as I'm concerned they can release just about anyone else and it wouldn't matter to me because I'd already be so happy with what's already come out.
I'm not keen on getting figures based on the actors' likenesses (except for Lubic), but i'd like MOTUC versions of He-Man & Skeletor in the movie costumes.
And bring on Karg, Blade, and Saurod too!

I would love to see these:
He-Man
Teela
Man at Arms
Saurod
Skeletor
God Skeletor
Blade
Evil Lyn
Beastman
Lubic
even Gwildor
Skeletor's Crack Troops
Not totally sold on a doplh He-Man, but I'm all for a Langella Skeletor! I'd buy at least 2 of them.
Hahaha, you do love your She-Ra, no doubts there!
I too would buy what ever they are willing to put out. My heart is with Saurod and Gwildor, but I would much rather see non-movie figures first. I'm not hate'n, don't get me wrong, I just really like some peeps more than others. I really want a Tuvar and Baddrah two-pack!!!
I'd buy Lubic!![]()
Uncle Montork has returned from Trolla!
Maybe way down the line.
I'd hope for Karg, Saurod, Pigboy and Blade first, though.
ne jabba no badda!
I definitely would buy figures of all the ETERNIAN characters. I thought the movie had the look down pretty good with taking it from cartoon to real life. If the story had stayed on Eternia the movie would probably have been better.
I normally don't like actor-likenesses for character-figures (take the Batman Begins-figures for example), but a Dolph Lundgren He-Man and a Frank Langela Skeletor designed and sculpted by the 4HM I definitely would buy!![]()

other than that I'm only interested in Blade and Saurod and maybe also in Karg... Just please no Gwildor!![]()

I've been asking for a Gwildor figure FOREVER!
Langella/God Skeletor? Check!
Gwildor? Check!
Lubic? Double-Check!
Other than that, I'm pretty "blah" regarding movie figures.

Well I`m guessing there will be a few movie figs seeing how the cosmic key and Gwildor were used in the mini comics, but I think they should be their Hasbro Movie comic counterparts meaning their would be no Lundgren and Langella and no movie Teela and Man at Arms. He Man, Skeletor, Evil Lyn, Man at arms and Teela would be their regular selves just like in the comic/cartoon, no re releases of charactrers (save for movie Beastman) not sure why they only changed him in the comic. What do you guys think? I perfer the comic to the actual movie and think they should release only the new "bad guys" from the movie in comic book form like they did in the 80`s.

I would want a dolph and frank inspired figure more then the comic book, and i am sure that is the way most people feel.
I think this might have been discussed elsewhere, but I for one would love to get movie varients of the MOTUC figures. Maybe just the same figures with some slight repaints and different costume. I'd be all for that!

Rigby the Barbarian - Swords, Sorcery and Sarcasm
I would absolutely love Dolph and Frank inspired look figures. That would be wicked. And, yes, I want a Gwildor too!

This is what I`m talking about!, The movie was the biggest piece of cow dung I`ve ever had to view, but this is what i`m actually talking about, here`s a scan of my comic cover. I want these movie figs not the ones from the actual movie. This is MOTU classics after all.![]()

this coming november vote YES to movie based figures!!!!
oops wait wrong election...and less interesting
I want NA Skeletor and Rio Blast and I want them now!
I'm kind of torn on how they should be. I sort of want them to be movie accurate but then I want them to be classic line accurate. I would like for my Gwildor and Blade to match the rest of the figures of the classic line.
You just read a post from the head Honcho of Nerds On A Couch!
I would prefer to get movie characters based off the movie. For two reasons... they are movie characters... SHOULDN"T they be. And second, he-man and skeletor look almost the same in filmation as they always do in that comic. So getting them would be pretty lame, they'd be more like chase figures.
I guess i wouldn't mind if the new characters from the movie were based on the comic, but i still would prefer it if they were based off the movie... or at least the orig figs that came out - do we have carback art for those? how do those compare to the comics?
