MOTUC: Vote For The Girls You Want!

Frosta and all the others were just guest stars in most of the episodes. There are more She-Ra episodes featuring He-Man than Frosta or Castaspella and co. The exception is maybe Queen Angella. So my vote goes to GLIMMER, who is a core character!

I voted for Mermista, but KNEW Frosta would dominate. She's easily the favorite POP female in MOTU fans. She's has actual powers and came on to He-Man. She's just awesome.

I voted for Mermista, too. I don't recall her appearing on the show much, but I thought she was kind of cool. Plus, I really like mermaids and mermen.

I like Frosta. I really do. I dont really know why. Is she the "Hot unobtainable bad Good girl?" Whatever. Clearly she's the most popular. But I really dont know why.

Because is it just me, or is Glimmer the most needed, if not even wanted, as the third of the Bow/She-Ra/Glimmer triumvirate? I always saw it that way, and In the 'toon, I was always let down they didnt do more with her.

She rules. Not only is she the third most (or second most over Bow) POP Hero, she has all kinds of kooky powers, great hair, and a girlish charming attitude. Heck wasn't she the leader of the Rebelion before their former arch nemesis Adora showed up and took over? Heheh. Oh sure the Queen of brightmoon was probably the "leader" but we all know the power and control comes from the leader on the ground forces.

Anyway, I know there is a great appeal for Frosta. Out of everyone other than Glimmer, I probably want Frosta more. Though I think I prefer Castaspella's character more, though Frosta is "hotter". Is it the white hair? It's pretty tops.

Pink or purple is better actually, that's selling me on Tallstar, and Jewelstar's pink poneytail is her saving grace on the new toys for me actually, but I digress... Glimmer's hair is great

Clearly Frosta is going to win. But Glimmer is the more important character, whatever the vote. Hrumph.

Oh, and I just noticed the Angella, Winged Guide thing. Was the toy not the Queen of Brightmoon and just another one of the Friends of She-Ra, a guide? Was she Glimmer's Mother? There's more to Angella (or less) than I thought.

The queens are in the same place but castaspella were the first one to get the place. Angella got the same place much recently.

Regarding the question about Angella:

In the mini-comics, Angella was the queen of Mizar, a mountain city where other winged people lived.

In the cartoon, she was queen of Brightmoon, and mother to Glimmer. Her husband, King Micah, was missing. He was not winged.

So it stands to reason, that Angella's MOTUC bio could have her as such:

Queen of Mizar (city of winged people) who married Micah of Brightmoon, and became Queen, uniting both cities. They had Glimmer; then Micah went missing.

Even though the cartoon makes it seem like The Red Knight is someone from Angella's past, and then later it shows King Micah imprisoned in such a way that he and the Red Knight couldn't be the same guy, it would be cool if they did make them the same in MOTUC. It would enhance Angella's bio, and give is another POP hero with a cool backstory and the option of a variant.

Why wasn't this a multiple choice poll? I'm not a POP fan by any means...not to say I don't like the figures, I just never watched the show, or had the toys as a kid. That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing some of the other girls in the line, unlike the Star Sisters, I think the others as long as they are Filmation based will make nice looking figures.
