Listened to this earlier, great episode! I loved Super7's Brian Flynn's passion. It was very interesting to hear how they got started, the difficulties involved, and how the license with Masters of the Universe got going. I give them major props for throwing stuff against the wall, seeing what sticks, but realizing not everything they make will appeal to a broad audience. There were some Super7 items that came out last year that I really thought were unappealing (especially that Battle Cat head), but it makes sense hearing the reasoning behind the decisions (like decking out Skeletor's Lair).

Really glad that MOTUSCLE will continue. And excited for new stuff, in the same vein of randomness like that Moss Man Chia Pet.

By the way, I was a little lost on the Japanese Skeletor stuff that was discussed. Any background information on that?

Great podcasts, keep up the good work. Always good to hear guests involved with the property!

    Excellent episode.
    Brian was great!

......one small nitpick though. What was up with the background noise? Sounded like someone was very nasally, breathing directly into their microphone. The offender either needed to hit the mute button or blow their nose. Sorry, but that's what it sounded like to me.
    I found it very distracting.

I believe the noise came from me, turns out my microphone is wayyy too sensitive and I was unaware of this. I assure you the issue has been rectified

Excellent episode guys really enjoyed it.
Interesting to hear the first run of M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E are slightly more gummier, I'd like to may be see a comparison video between the first and second runs if anybody has both.
I have a friend who gunna love the Street Fighter M.U.S.C.L.E.
I've got the Alien Reaction/Super7 figures (I'm hoping Dallas and Lambert in space suits from the Nostromo Crew pack will get a regular release if Brian's see this ), so great to hear they'll be doing Alien M.U.S.C.L.E.

    LOVE RGD.

Cannot, for the life of me, figure out the appeal behind the Super 7 figures.

Just wanted to chime in and say this was a great episode as well. I have most of the Super7 stuff, and while it is not my favorite MOTU items, most of it I still find fun. I'd really like to get a decent amount of that wall paper to use one day, but the price is hefty!

Cool episode. I like that Super 7 tries to do things differently. The two things that they've done that I've really liked are the reaction figures and the MOTUscule figures. However the B&W reaction figures and unpainted versions leave me scratching my head.

I'm sure there is an audience for all of it, though.
