    Orko figure's Filmation license

I was enjoying my collection when I realized that most of the figures had the "Mattel 198x" sculpt, but Orko had "Filmation" I found this quite odd, why is this?

    Thank you all in advance

Filmation created Orko, not Mattel. Mattel had to license him from Filmation to release his toy.
Uncle Montork has returned from Trolla!

    Try to guess...

    Thanks Montork for the info!

Also there's nothing written in my Wildor... nor Mattel, nor Cannon, nor Mexico...

Yeah, Filmation created the Trollans. That's why Montork, Dree Elle, and all the others are currently off-limits in the MOTUC line. Orko was licensed (and later purchased) by Mattel back in the day.
Uncle Montork has returned from Trolla!

    About orko vintage

Somebody knows why under him says “filmation 1983” and not “mattel inc”
Thank you so much to my partners of He-Man.org for helping me to get MOTUC figures:

Probably because unlike the rest of the figures released before him, the Orko character was created by the Filmation company, not Mattel. In fact, I believe he is the only Filmation creation in the vintage line. Even Prince Adam, King Randor, and the Sorceress, whose looks were all later influenced to varying degrees by the Filmation cartoon, existed before the cartoon in the DC published comics.
