I'm torn on TP He-Man, I want the minicomic but not so much the figure. His weapons are slick, but he looks terrible in those photos--pasty white!I have no nostalgia for it either...I think I'll have to pass on this one. The prototype looked better.

TP He-Man looks pretty awesome! I can live with the explanation of him living underground and thus his skin tone has lightened.

Are we sure it isnt removable? The pic on MattyCollector has the armor sitting separately. I dont think it would be there if that wasnt the case. Also, from the pics I can see where it connects.

I had TP as a kid and hated him. But I can't wait for the Classics version.
I agree that the backpack should be removable, but I love the colour of the sword. I love that it is so translucent that it takes on the colour of whatever it is next to. And I love that is is so different to Skeletor's yellow TRU sword.
Was the vintage TP paler than the original as well. I remember him being pretty pale. I'll check mine tonight. I don't mind these subtle variations between variants, but it means that we can't head swap and I think TP's eyebrows look weird.
My preference is for each variant of He-Man and Skeletor to have a new head form here on in. Just like they did with BA Skeletor.
IIRC, on Roast Gooble Dinner they said there were two versions of TP He-man in the vintage line. One had a paler yellow sword and that's what this one is based on. I agree it's cool to have it different than the TRU Skeletor sword.

Looking for a reasonable price for Fangman and maybe king He-man and Strobo.
I'm a bit surprised by how light the sword turned out and the pale skin tone on TP He-Man. The prototype shown were not that light and I'm not such a fan of the skin, the sword I'm cool with.
The one thing that I really don't like is the backpack it's so big and clunky looking when seen from the side. Unless Pixel Dan's review video adds some WOW factor to TP He-Man I think I might be liquidating him from my collection.

I think the red circle on his armor pops off and the air gage goes in it, like Bow's heart/circle piece.
Yeah, Stankman! I mean Stinkor! I never had 'em as a kid but I find myself looking forward to him all the same. Kinda sucks that the armors keep getting so thick at the sides that the arms kinda stick out, but oh well. It's not like I want most of them standing at attention anyway. Action poses all the way! Even for Stankman. Stinkor. Stinkstank.
Anyway, I like all the options for him! I think I'm gona go with the full-on 200X stuff. I really like all the updates, and I'm SO glad he got a gun! The shield alone is kinda boring, though I understand that a guy whose primary power is STANK would probably want to shield himself from repeated blows.

Due to a very severe allergy Veebs the vintage as well as current Stinkor and Mossy are inaccessible for me but I have a question- does Stinkor have a scent to the armor vest as well? It would be a great chance to get a Mek-a-nek custom if it's odorless.
I love Stinkor! I loved him as a kid and can't wait to add him to my classics shelf.
Looking at the photos I can't decide which head I want to use, my plan at first was to go with the "new" head like I did with MossMan. But the photos with the classic Mer-Man head look great and it of course that's the Stinkor I remember. I might just have to play around with the two heads once he's in hand to make my final choice.
Not sold on the Snake Mountain stands. I was unimpressed with the Grayskull stands, they don't help the figures with weak ankles which is the number one reason a figure falls over. They do look good on the shelf but its expensive investment just for the aesthetic value.

Are the weapons, tank & mask just molded in blue? no shading or accents?

The Snake Mountain stands look worse than the prototype.
The stone piece is rounded up and looks like a chunk of melted plastic.
And there is no lava flowing on the ground.
Dissapointing.
