Lemure, where did you get that altar diorama that Skeletor is on? That's a nice piece.

FutureRetro That was put out a while back by Moore Action Collection. They did it for the lady death witchblade and so on figure line. I think I got it back in 2000 give or take. The pillars are kinda broken but it it just at the top arch thing and that sets on just fine. I love it for displaying the masters and of course it is a beauty for the Evil warriors

@lemure77, I'll have to look out for that piece, it's very cool.

@Terry75, the floating shelves give everything a nice, sleek look!

Alexx, that photo of the depressed, defensive couch potato Granamyr made me laugh out loud. You da man!

A couple years ago I saw an amazing custom 200x He-Man utilizing a WWE Triple H figure. I still hope to steal the idea, but after a year or so of having nothing to show for my yearning except a Greatest Entrances Triple H figure in barbarian gear, I decided to go ahead and photograph the damn thing.

My son has had his He-Man for over a year now, Demo-Man for about 6 months, and I just got him Cringer, he's 3 now, and loves He-Man, Ghostbusters, Iron Man....

But some people like to believe that MOTUC isn't kid friendly, I know that 90% of the 6" basic figures are, my son's He-Man is still very much intact, and only a little looser than fresh from the box, his Demo, is still tight. Let the kids play away with MOTUC, just watch for the occasional Goddess & Snout Spout figures....QC errors are not playability issues, loose joints and such....but exploding crotches are. He-Man's been tossed in toy bins, knocked from the tables hit together with other figures, he's only lost a little paint and a little tightness in his joints.

So I've been thinking about off-loading the majority of my MOTUC for a while now, and I think I am actually going to go through with it. in fact, I already made a display for the figures I am going to keep, which are pretty much all of the figures from the first year MOTU came out along with a couple She-Ra items. The only character missing that I will be keeping for sure is Ram-Man.

Also, I finally read the very first mini-comic and it was actually quite interesting. Now I am kind of curious as to what the series would have been like had they kept it with his barbarian origins, but most of all, the sword being split into two halves, which is kind of my inspiration for this new set up.
Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.

Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

    Yep!
my twin daughters just turned 4 three weeks before christmas, and on christmas received their first 6" figs from the line (which i'd been saving since buying them one of every fig since day one, until they were "old enough.") gygor was actually their very first MOTUC, i gave them when he came out before they'd turned 2, which they instantly loved and has had many many adventures with them. i'd also given them battlecat, panthor, swift wind, the wind raider, shadowbeast, griffin, tytus, megator, and procrustus in the past, and i can honestly say they're ALL still in very good shape!... only real "issue" is some joints are abit loose now. i also gave them their granaymr when he arrived (whom they really love!), and though i've been sorta worriedly hopeful due to all the issues folks have had, i'm happy to say he seems to be holding up nicely through their play! all these toys have had fights, trips, teas parties, etc with strawberry shortcakes, disney fairies, imaginext superheroes, etc... and it's awesome! JUST what toys are truly for! (helps me to enjoy MY display figs that much more through their play with theirs!)
as an aside, i let them each choose three figs they'd get for their first ones... kylie chose: she-ra, rattlor, and buzz-off; and teela chose: adora, demo-man, and prince adam with orko. *smile*
sharing MOTU (and yes, even classics) with the kids is the best!
