It's basically Buzz-Off body, with Carnivus armor, Merman's golden sword and Weapon's pack spear.

There are two vertical black panels you should be able to take off the armor. You have to take them off to insert the snakes.

Thanks Shecky! Yep, I looked through pics of Snake Face in all media, Staction, vintage, MYP and card back art for inspiration. The eyes snakes are the same colors as his eyes and the torso snakes, I was going for a transition from black armor to red snake based off of the red headed krait snake. The rest are based on the staction/MYP
