Thanks! I got that at TRU. They have it on cleareance. On the shelve it is marked at 14.99. But at the register it marked 11.00. I was watching it from some time ago...and finally they came thru! It is located in the area where pvc animals and mystic figures are located.

It is a Schleich base - I've had evil lyn and marzo posed on mine for quite some time. It's made for smaller scale figures, but still looks very cool. Not sure where the op got it for 11 dollars, though. That's a heck of a deal.

Edit: and I was beaten to it! That's an amazing deal!

Thank you! "Display stairs" is the term I was looking for. I googled it and found a bunch of sites, thanks.

It's a nice day so I decided to do more shots of Teela.

Poor photo, but love how the sun looks. Couldn't get it any better unfortunately.

i found these steps. they are from those skateboard toys. it's the build your own park or something. they are normally around $7-8, but i have found them on sale at various places.

Awesome shots Whiplash. How did you get Teela to suspend in the air like that in the first pic? Did you throw her up and then shoot?

Or is she attached to something? What is that stonework you've used in the shot with He-Man, Teela and MAA? It looks like a real Castle Grayskull.

Nice shots, Whiplash! That's how I got my Bikini Teela too--I alternate between the two looks.

Seeing those collections above, I have to say that personally I don't think Chief Carnivus or Syklone look like they belong in this line. They just look out of place.

Really? I'm curious as to why you think that. Syklone is very bright and tends to stand out a little, I suppose, but I think Carnivus really fits in. Of course, it's all subjective and each person will have their own ideas. Just was wondering what sticks out for you on those two particular figures.

Anyway,

Teela-Na, I completely disagree. Carnivus and Sy-Klone are great because they do look different from everyone else. There are a lot of Earthly colors and tones in the line, so having Sy-Klone and Carnivus in there change things around and add more to the line.

The great thing about MOTU to me is that almost nothing seems out of place! Dragons, aliens, cowboys, elephant firemen, mermaids, ninjas, whatever!

Teela-Na: Yes, Teela is suspended, and the other background is just a brick wall.
MGM: Yeah, I actually only just started alternating the two looks a few days ago. Between the two bodies and all the weapons she has now, I'm switching it up all the time. It's awesome.
