I always find it interesting to see what version of each character a person displays when there is an option to do so. RH, what is it about BG EL and the alternate Stinkor head that makes you prefer them to the vintage versions?

In my display cabinets, I actually have the yellow EL on display as well as the helmetless BG EL. So, actually, I never display the helmeted BG EL as seen in the picture. As far as Stinkor goes, I like that head better. It's so damn close to the vintage one anyway.

Thanks. I keep these in two cabinets, actually. I just took everything out to set up for a picture. I have all the Matty-released variants as well, save the SDCC Grayskull. I also have the blue Mer-Man, Alcala Skeletor, and a battleground Teela head on a Teela body to mimic the mini-comic version.

I always love that, too, as well as seeing which factions people chose to display certain characters with. The diversity of MOTUC is pretty epic.

I like the Glory Bird picture the best. I really like the colouring/lighting and perspective! My second favourite is the Star Sisters group shot. It reminds me of the victory scenes in RPG's (like Final Fantasy) when you win a battle!

My Vykron set finally arrived yesterday!
I set up all three figures using a Wun-Dar body with Tri Klops' legs (Tank-Top) and a Tri-Klops body with Wun-Dar's legs (Space Ace).
For Space Ace's visor I sanded down a palace guard's face and sculpted a even surface onto it.
A left over Tri-Klops head sans visor was repainted for Tank-Top:

No fair having figures that aren't even out yet

Neat shot, though I'm not sure why some figures are positioned where they are, particularly Vykron, Facless One, Carnivus, Spector, Photog, and many on the bottom shelf. I'm sure you have reasons, though.

Carnivus is in front of the Battle Station because that is a 200x thing so he fits there for me (Dekker will probably go there too). Spector and Photog are in the Battle Station because they are "kind of" Heroic Warriors, but not the original crew so they don't go in front of Grayskull. They will find a new home once the FFM are released as they will then go up there. Vykron, Tank Top and Space Ace are in that "in between" Preternia and current times so they stand between KG and crew and The Goddess and the subsequent He-Men. The Faceless kind of fits into that time too, but he will eventually move in front of the Battle Station, he is just spacially balancing Demo-Man right now. As soon as someone can take his place there, he will stand in a spot that makes more sense.

The bottom shelf is just a place for variants.
