Hey Guys,
I am volunteering to make phone calls to Mattel for people overseas who can`t afford to call themselves. I know exactly how you feel, and now I`m going to hopefully try and get answers for you guys who haven`t recieved your figures yet. I have placed a few calls for other international members in the last few weeks so I figured I`d extend this offer to all international members, just shoot me a PM stating what your issue is, when you ordered and what your order number is and I`ll try to find out what`s happening. I`ll make 2 calls a day, one in the morning and the other within the last hour of Mattel`s CS work day, and I`ll PM ya back your results. Please have some patience if I don`t get back to you right away, I`ll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible!!

FYI. You can use Skype (VoIP) to call 1-800 and 1-877 FOR FREE from Europe...not sure about the rest of the world since I was calling from Belgium. This is how I was able to call MattyCollector customer service SEVERAL times to find out about my order. Hope this helps.
