MOTUC Sales Status

Great news TG! Thanks for the update, but please make sure you are keeping up on what the issues are with the ordering through the site.

1. Some are being packaged carelessly causing damage to the cards.
2. No way to cancel an order once you place it.
3. No email for customer service. International fans need this option.
4. Easier to see shipping option. Many (myself included) skipped this because it was easy to miss.
5. A way to let the warehouse know you are doing multiple orders so that do not assume it is a mistake and cancel one, more, or all your orders.
6. Clearly stated times of shipping and arrival time frames. People are paying for 2 day and are getting them after people who paid for USPS. This needs to be more clear on how this works.
7. Email communication needs to improve. People that are ordering are not getting the email letting them know their order went through.
8. Educate the Mattel customer service reps on what is happening, where the figures are coming from, shipping time frames, and other issues that we are having. When we are calling, they are as clueless as we are and it gets really frustrating for everyone.

I am sure there are more issues, but that is all I can think of right now. Thanks again for your update!

Great to hear that the line is meeting expectations, though I'm disappointed to hear that we won't be seeing Castle Grayskull any time soon. I'd rather have it than any of the mounts.

Toyguru, thanks so very much for posting this here. I have yet to receive my toys, but I cannot wait. I have faith that Mattel will learn from the situations that have come up, and I eagerly await each new release. Here's hoping that someday down the road, it will be time to whip up a new Grayskull for our massive armies of MOTUC!

Thanks for the update Toyguru this is awesome news. Great to hear about possible beasts, can I be really bold here and suggest a Cringer, I've wanted a Cringer since the very start and it would make my year.

awesome news indeed!!!! other than battle cat i to vote for a new Castle grayskull, the 2000 version was nice but not even the 80s version lives up to what grayskull SHOULD be in both size and sculpt.....its mattels chance to get it right for all time

Thats great news, but sales would most likely be alot higher if they didn`t CANCELL EVERYONE`S ORDERS! If they want support from us they better fix the issues at hand because it`s alot less stressful for me not to order than it is to through the same stuff every month.

they didn't cancel EVERYONE'S orders but i understnad your stress. i want these to...like yesterday!!. only a few were canceled prob due to some weird glitch. you can just place another order. you'll get your toys. have patience young padawan. i have yet to receive mine as well.

i have had things like that happen to me buying things from amazon no less. so this isnt an isolated case. ALL websites have this happen. Mattel's website was just slammed and therefor it prob took longer to sift through orders that had problems and find them.

Great news, thanks for the update Toyguru. Long live MOTUC! While I'd love a new Castle Grayskull, if it's not feasible I'll still have my original castle, which I'm sure will work great with the new figures. Bring on the beasts and vehicles, you can just have all my money!
